Look, it's fine. Booze prices are okay. Merchandise prices aren't the greatest but no sales tax is a plus. But please, for crying out loud, turn down the music volume! It's so loud that all of the speakers crackle and you can't hold a conversation with the person next to you. Seriously, the SiriusXM channel choice is bad enough already, but nobody is rocking out to smooth jams from the 80s!

I just walked in and showed everything I needed to in order to gain entry. I was denied access even after showing them my identification that they didn’t accept, plus I pulled up my ebenefits right in front of them to show proof of disability. Completely understand that you need to be over a specific amount to shop at the commissary and any exchange. I have shopped here before no problem, I have had no problems at the Navy Exchange in Norfolk as well plus the commissary and haven’t had any problems. Management denied access. Stating again, showed all necessary documentation of my rating as well. Still denied. Don’t go here! Awful!

With the exception of the electronic staff and the cashiers when you are exiting the store, who were all very pleasant. They have the absolute worst customer service. If I were giving a secret shopper report, it would be sad. The store is extremely crowded and the prices are outrageous. No one offers any assistance. They are busy chatting amongst themselves. They have desiner prices, with extremely poor customer service. They look at you as if they do not think you can afford the merchandise and refuse to assist you. I am retired from retail management, and I would train my staff to give everyone excellent customer experience. Just because they may not buy today does not mean they will not come back tomorrow. Honestly, I only go there because my husband can find a few things that he likes in the men's department. But we do not shop there often.
