Dont Sign up. Its not worth it. Took 50+ minutes to cancel. Carmen C. on the chat assistant kept vanishing for 10+ minutes at a time and even tried to not let me cancel. If you need something done by anyone OTHER than yourself like activation, deactivation, troubleshooting, or even an explanation about anything, Choose one of Cox's Competitors. Metronet, Verizon, TMobile, just not Cox.

I have been with cox for 20 plus years my bill went up to almost $300 a month. I am a disabled veteran on a tight budget. I recieved a visit from Verizon who offered me the same package half of what I am paying cox. I called Cox trying to see if they can match Verizon, but was sadly disappointed.
Hate to let them go but being on a budget and disabled I have to cut ties
