My Mother had a problem with her phone and they didn't want to exchange her phone. Kris from The Corporate office wanted her a 75 year old senior citizen to return her phone with no replacement while they address the issue. She also stated that I have her return the phone or keep it with the ongoing problem.. I know it isn't a good idea for a Senior to be without a phone. Dezin the regional manager didn't even return my call to address my Mother's issues. Horrible Business. 8minAll Good people and especially Seniors should not do business with this company. When they take advantage of our Seniors we should shut them DOWN.

Is it part of policy to leave a customer you are already helping to help another customer. Manager or not customer service wise next time finish out one task and let the other customer know you will be right with them. Period. Don't just walk away. Especially if you call yourself training. Bad customer. Work on it.

The customer service is fantastic! Claudia is out of this world (Manager!) she is 100% pro-customer and goes mile and 1/2 to help and be sure the customer is happy with the service, device and etc! Claudia you rock!

I received 5 star service from Claudia today. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I needed help with putting a screen protector on a phone. She installed the protector and gave me tips if there was ever a time I needed to put another on and couldn't get to a store. Claudia's customer service was a pleasant surprise.

Worst experience of the year thus far i spent over 2hrs here I bought a new iPhone and ported a number the sales rep was lost and water a lot of time back tracking she didn’t know what she was doing the manager came in went straight to back and was back there for like 30mins left out with a box didn’t see if the girl needed help or not which she did I paid for physical sim to be able to swap between devices she said it wasn’t working she went back and forth like 15 times confused before just putting the phone back to E sim which to my understanding she had to request for free smh I spent 2hrs in here went to victory location had to spend another 10.59 on another sim why it only took the lady 20 seconds to install and delete the old E sim yeah this store is good for Bill pay only! God is still good but this experience wasn’t shalom

We went into our local Cricket store on Sams Circle yesterday evening,during a busy time. Ms.Janea W. was taking care of two customers ahead of us. She was positive and knew what she was doing. At one point she was taking care of three separate customers at a time. Everyone left happy and had what they wanted. Her positive attitude makes us look forward to coming back. She is a keeper! I would like to say how sorry I am that I did not get any names while at this location, BUT these ladies are phenomenal! So sweet, kind, entertaining, and knowledgeable ready to answer all and any questions. I had never been in a Cricket store but I am ready to switch my families service to this location!PS.....
