I’ve always been nervous to join a CrossFit gym. I worried I wouldn’t be fit enough, wouldn’t know the movements, or wouldn’t fit in with the community. But from the moment I walked through the doors of this gym, those fears disappeared. Whitney and Nick, the owners, have created something truly special here. They’ve built more than just a place to work out, they’ve created a community that feels like family. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about every person who walks in. You feel seen, supported, and appreciated!
The coaches are top-notch! They push you to do your best, and their motivation during workouts helps you power through when you want to give up. You’re never alone, they’re right there cheering you on. The community here is what makes it so special. Everyone supports each other, no matter your fitness level.
Joining this CrossFit gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made! If you’re on the fence like I was, take the leap! Trust me you won’t regret it.

Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly people. New to crossfit and modifying alot of exercises to my skill level with the help of coaches. Variety of times for classes has been helpful in giving my body time to rest in between. After being dormant for the last 8 years, CrossFit Chesapeake was/is a great way to jumpstart your fitness journey. It has been a fast, first month and I'm ready for the next 6.

Such a great gym! I walked in having absolutely no idea what to do! The coaches are great! They walk you through each exercise if you don’t know how, teach you proper form and and weight to ensure we don’t get hurt! Other members are so nice and supportive of. They care right next to you cheering you on as you are learning!

Great community due in large part to the great owners! They are always on-site coaching or just being a friend. They have mentored and built-up several new young coaches in just the short time I have been a part of CrossFit Chesapeake! Definitely like a second family to me.
