So relieved, and pleased to find a first-rate cleaners in the neighborhood. I wasn't going back to ALBANO. I'm never sure whether they've actually done anything to my clothes or not. So I thought I would try someplace new. First they, we're very friendly greeting upon entering. Most places, wait until you get their attention. Second, when the young man said $10 I thought he meant for each skirt (it was $10 total for two). Before I could ask when to pick them up he told me they would be ready before they closed at 6. And finally, when I pick them up, I could tell right away that I was going to appreciate the job they did.
My tweed skirt hasn't looked this good since I bought it. I don't know how they got it smooth because it's been frizzy and the grey skirt I bought from the thrift store looks as good as new.

I rarely write reviews of businesses unless I have a really good or really bad experience. Well this was a really good experience. Maybe you'll say it's just dry cleaning who cares about customer service but to me from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was treated professionally and courteously. And that matters.
When I was waiting to walk in to pick up my stuff I saw the employee walk out to the car with an elderly lady and help get her dry cleaning in the car. It made my day.
I will be informing all my co workers about this place and I'm glad to know in this day and age customer service is not dead. Keep it up crossroad we all appreciate you!!!
