This is probably one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. They're all about themselves freezing degree temperatures they take your money but make you wait two to three days to get gas.

Amazing service from this company today Ronnie came within an hour after I called him to show me how to use my equipment. Not only did they install my propane tank but they took the time to come over and explain to me how all my appliances and equipment hooked up to it work. Highly recommend this company it's a family owned business and they stand behind their product 100%

I called on MLK Day, half wondering if they'd be closed for the holiday. Someone picked up on the second ring, asked me 2-3 questions, and scheduled me to have my tank filled in the next day or two. They were at my house the next day.

Crossroads called me at 4:30 pm to reschedule a service visit and propane refill scheduled for the next day. I knew I was low on propane and agreed that the service work could be delayed but I needed the propane delivered. As I was talking with them I checked my tank and found out that I was completely out. My house runs on propane; heating, cooking, hot water, etc. I needed an immediate delivery of propane. Crossroads came through and sent their truck right out. There are many propane service providers to choose from in my area. Let's face it, regular deliveries of propane to customers is the easy part. How a company responds to a customer's immediate/emergency needs is really what sets them apart. Crossroads came through for me and my family. I will not forget it! THANK YOU!

The most expensive gas station in the hickory area. No frills. Plenty of pumps to meet demand, there's just not much demand--probably due to my aforementioned comment. If you are looking for a quick propane refill and 7-11 is out of tanks and/or you don't want to drive out to Sam's for the lowest price propane tank exchange, then I suppose you could save the ride, pay a few extra bucks, buy it here and get back home to finish grilling. Crossroads BP has a tire inflation station as well, but you'll need six quarters to use it. Save your money and go to Wawa on Kempsville. No charge there.

Very friendly service, I called to see if I could get my Rv filled with propane there. They were not able to do it, but the nice woman I spoke with took time out of her day to refer me to somebody that could.

They do not deserve the one star. No return calls, cannot leave messages that they listen to and cannot get them to deliver propane which I heat and cook with (it is now February 1st). I have been trying to contact them for a week! I did talk to someone once and she took a message and wrote it down for her supervisor to call me. I never heard from her either!!!
