This Pharmacy is the worst I ever been too I have seen a staff member from the Pharmacy cuss this lady out and tried to fight her all because they lady asked why everytime she come to pick up her medicine its never ready and everytime I go pick up my meds it's always a hour wait or longer and I have received a text saying it's ready but then I get there and it's still not ready you can never speak to someone over the phone about your medicine and they never return calls even when you leave a message for a return call the drive thru hasn't been opened since I moved over this way and that's been 2yrs now and they always closing early because they short staff...Don't go here if you can help it

Love the convenience of this location for the Indian River community! Inventory needs to be stocked more often to avoid empty shelves, but it’s getting better!

This place is so slow with my meds. They never answer the phone when the DR is trying to call because they haven't received my script and then if they do they won't even start filling it unless I come up there and tell them to so then I'm in there waiting 20 mins.

Customer service is awful if you’re elderly. My mother can’t see and is half deaf, she doesn’t have the ability to download an app to get her script info and no one answers the phone. So in my honest opinion the elderly are discriminated against by this company. The Campostella location.

I frequently come here for my medication however they go on break at 130pm. I called at 12:52pm today and sat on hold for 30mins to have the phone picked up and hung up. I call immediately thereafter at 1:26 to hear a tech say it’s lunch and slams the phone down. Horrible horrible customer service. Today is 4/25 and I’ll be up there to let one of the two Pharmacy Managers know that their techs need more Phone etiquette.

On January 17th I called was on the hold for 45 minutes no one never came to the phone I went to the store to go to the drive-thru because I was in so much pain I can't hardly walk in to return home to get my daughter when she went inside the lady had no patience with her with me on the phone translate into my daughter went to tell her to find out about my prescription here I am again on Sunday Sunday 3 days later it still haven't had my cough medicine the store is not answering the phone to drive through his close they are not giving good customer service

Not surprised by the reviews! I pick up my son's antibiotic and open the box when I get home to find the safety seal sloppily peeled off! I spend 10 minutes trying to speak to a pharmacist and another 10 on hold before I drive all the way back to CVS to ask if the safety peel should be off. The pharmacist TANIA doesn't apologize and just rudely says "I told you you didn't have to refrigerate it" .. like what does that have to do with removing a safety seal?? So I suggest she tell people in the future that she's removing a safety seal so they don't worry and have to drive ALL the way back to ask if it should be removed and she cuts me off saying "have a good day maam, have a good day maam", hanging up the intercom phone and walking away. What kind of "pharmacists" does CVS hire Do not get your meds here and expect HORRIBLE customer service. And what kind of pharmacist would remove a seal that sloppily and send it out like that??
