Is anyone working? This is the third location that no one decides to answer the phone. I'm not wasting gasoline on a trip if I can't find out if yall have the item In stock or not. Very unprofessional

The inability to call and talk to an actual person is disgusting. If I'm trying to locate a pharmacy that actually has my prescription in stock I need to talk to someone. Not hope my message will be answered instead of ignored

Poor customer service. No one should answer the phone asking “What do you want?” Followed by “I’m too busy”. If you’re too busy to do your job they need to hire someone else that is able to. Will never attempt to contact or get prescription from this pharmacy ever again.

When there was a problem with insurance covering my sister-in-law's prescription, Nahla was extremely helpful in my use of insurance that worked in this case. Was a relief to get the medication needed to prevent a stroke.

I went to CVS to pick up Rx's. There were 8 cars in the drive thru and 8 people in line I side. I ended up leaving. I could easily go in the morning before work but now they are not open until 8 am. The reason I initially chose CVS was because of the 24/7 hrs. This is poor customer service.

They close 10 Pm. I was kicked out @9:50pm. The staff was rude.

Wonderful technicians and pharmacist. I don’t usually go to this pharmacy but I was in the area and had a physical copy of a prescription to be filled. I dropped it off and they were able to fill it while I waited in store. I wanted to make sure my new inhaler didn’t interact with any of my other meds and the pharmacist was very informative and walked me through everything.

Absolutely awful experience. It took me three visits over three days to secure three medications! The associate could not find my information, insisted that she did not have any prescriptions for me (she did, and she eventually found them at my urging). Each time I visited, there was some new problem. The first visit, I waited for half an hour, even though the doctor called in the medication the previous day. I eventually had to leave without it. The second day, a different associate couldn't access the pharmacy, and I was told it would be an hour wait for the manager to arrive and fix the problem. Now today, the third day, the same associate I dealt with on the first day again couldn't not get my information right. I personally had called insurance to verify that I had no copay on one of my medications. She insisted it was $17. I waited about 15 minutes, during which time she managed to lower the price to $15. At this point I gave up and purchased my $75 in medication. (It's worth mentioning that at this point, after uttering something quickly that I could not understand, she left my medication in front of me on the counter, left to BEGIN helping another customer, then returned to finish checking me out while this new customer was left waiting. I saw her nearly confuse our medications.) Throughout this whole experience, one thing is clear: this associate didn't speak adequate English. She bungled my DOB, my name, and my phone number more times than I can remember. She could not clearly explain why she couldn't locate my information on the first day. And now I wonder if the reason she couldn't process my insurance correctly is that she had that info wrong too, even though she had my insurance card to reference. You'd think that fluency in English would be a non-negotiable requirement for someone working in a pharmacy. I will never use this location again. What chaos.

Very slow and frustrating to pick up medication. Only one cashier and the line is often held up for long time. If one person needs a consult, the cashier doesn't help the next customer and the line piles up. I can't wait to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

There is always a long line because the two people they have are behind their wall ignoring the line. They're somehow always on the phone but you can never get a hold of someone when you call. When you try and refill your prescription and come in every month for the refill, they give you this look like you're an annoyance. As if I haven't been getting the same meds every month. I would go anywhere else if it was cheaper with my insurance

Great staffs, clean environment, a lot of medications and products I’m looking for! Definitely recommended if you need over the counter meds! Will visit again in the future!
