Absolutely awful experience. It took me three visits over three days to secure three medications! The associate could not find my information, insisted that she did not have any prescriptions for me (she did, and she eventually found them at my urging). Each time I visited, there was some new problem. The first visit, I waited for half an hour, even though the doctor called in the medication the previous day. I eventually had to leave without it. The second day, a different associate couldn't access the pharmacy, and I was told it would be an hour wait for the manager to arrive and fix the problem. Now today, the third day, the same associate I dealt with on the first day again couldn't not get my information right. I personally had called insurance to verify that I had no copay on one of my medications. She insisted it was $17. I waited about 15 minutes, during which time she managed to lower the price to $15. At this point I gave up and purchased my $75 in medication. (It's worth mentioning that at this point, after uttering something quickly that I could not understand, she left my medication in front of me on the counter, left to BEGIN helping another customer, then returned to finish checking me out while this new customer was left waiting. I saw her nearly confuse our medications.) Throughout this whole experience, one thing is clear: this associate didn't speak adequate English. She bungled my DOB, my name, and my phone number more times than I can remember. She could not clearly explain why she couldn't locate my information on the first day. And now I wonder if the reason she couldn't process my insurance correctly is that she had that info wrong too, even though she had my insurance card to reference. You'd think that fluency in English would be a non-negotiable requirement for someone working in a pharmacy. I will never use this location again. What chaos.

Very slow and frustrating to pick up medication. Only one cashier and the line is often held up for long time. If one person needs a consult, the cashier doesn't help the next customer and the line piles up. I can't wait to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

There is always a long line because the two people they have are behind their wall ignoring the line. They're somehow always on the phone but you can never get a hold of someone when you call. When you try and refill your prescription and come in every month for the refill, they give you this look like you're an annoyance. As if I haven't been getting the same meds every month. I would go anywhere else if it was cheaper with my insurance

Great staffs, clean environment, a lot of medications and products I’m looking for! Definitely recommended if you need over the counter meds! Will visit again in the future!

Customer service at this location is inconsistent. Sometimes you get prompt, professional service even if there is a line, other times you stand in line and wait and wait and wait while you are ignored.

This CVS is one of the best, if not THE best in the area. I’ve tried several and this was my last attempt before I left the chain altogether. Very pleased with the service!

Wish I could give zero stars. Rude! Never answer the phone. Or when they do answer they pick up and hang up. Don't ever expect them to have your medication in stock. Always excuses like it's on order. Wait times to get meds are unacceptable they will tell you an hour but always double or triple that time.

Lol! Thank goodness, maybe i Called and caught them at a good time, but the wait time for on hold for this CVS was much better like by 18 whole minutes vs the one that I was sent to originally for perscription. ( i was on hold for 20 minutes at the other location) honestly just much friendlier experience I'm really thankful. made it feel really easy and less stressful to get my stuff switched over to this closer location. Idk if anyone who works here ever sees this (i doubt it) but thanks guys!!

Pharmacy team are just obnoxious at this location. I am out of meds and website says it will be several days before it’s ready because they are constantly out of stock. So I call to ask if they can transfer it or if they have a partial amount they can give me until the new order comes in, because I really don’t want to wait several days to take my meds again. I am ok with either option whatever is easiest, but nope CVS cannot do that. You will just have to wait. I would dump CVS so fast if my employer didn’t force me to use them.

This is the CVS that's located inside the Greenbrier area Target store.I chose this location because it's close to the office. Service is good but they're not always staffed well. Many times I've been here and there's only a single employee holding down the fort. Today I stopped in during my break to find they were closed for 30 minutes from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. However there were 3 people back there so was there really a reason to close instead of staggering their lunches? Oh well. It's better than nothing. I walked the store for a few minutes and came back and waited on the bench. Once they opened I was helped immediately and able to pick up my prescriptions and be on my way.
