It gets worse and worse imagine placing an order on the 11th then having to wait till the 16th for the truck to come in just to have to wait again for the order to begin processing. Doesn’t matter what the prescription is if the patient is unaware of how terrible your resources are then they’d probably transfer the prescription rather than walk into your lack luster store to purchase what’s already covered by insurance. Also if someone calls to see if something is still on the self why put it back after saying yes? And if someone has called to get a med transferred 3 times maybe apologize and get it right don’t blame me. Tired of bringing my baby for a quick run and it turns into an entire debacle/debate. Do better staff/service wise the only people that do well at their job are the cashiers upfront but the pharmacy?? Is TRASH I hope it’s one of the next to shut down. Finally transferred my prescriptions to a different location because this is plain Ludacris

My visit was a great one. Greeted with a warm welcome as I entered. The services I needed were rendered with politeness and professionalism. I enjoy visiting my CVS.

ER told me to come here to get my son's perscripition filled and then I walk in here and instantly all the employees say the pharmacy is closed as soon as I walk in the door, no compassion, no how can I help. Worst Customer Service Ever.

Absolutely no help. Pharmacy hours changed today. We were sent to this location form patient first because the Pharmacy was 24 hours. I did not know this but hours changed to 8pm closing time. I walked in and said I was told you were open 24 hours and the lady in the Pharmacy stated they were closed! It was 8:02 pm. She was rude and stated it was not her fault or problem. I will never be back to this location.

One of only remaining 24 hour pharmacy locations (nearby). Has helped us out in a pinch several times, just have to be patient and respectful as the staff is like any other pharmacy these days - understaffed / overworked especially during surge shifts.

We been using this cvs for years and the service has gone downhill. Forget about calling them for anything unless you want to be on hold for an endless amount of time. They keep messing up our scripts saying they got it then saying they dont have it. We gonna just switch pharmacies. Enough with this.

This place has earned its poor rating. I went in for my scheduled COVID-19 vaccine and they tried to charge me $150 for it and I had to leave without it as the guy at the counter insisted the federal government was not covering the new vaccines. I emailed the CDC and confirmed the COVID-19 vaccine is free at any CVS, period. Through your insurance or through the Bridge Access Program if you are uninsured or your insurance does not cover it.

Now it seems half the staff has lost their bat having minds. No class no manners and they barely provide the minimum services of a pharmacy. Do better!! Treating people like they're not already under the weather HENCE US COMING IN FOR MEDICINE. As a pregnant person waiting for nausea meds to close the line while I'm already in it was a bit ridiculous so I can't imagine what other absurdities are comitted here. Even 4-6 year olds complain about how lazy and slow the service is yet as customers we patiently wait. The same respect would should be applied this is not the ghetto get it together.

I would give a negative to this pharmacy if I could! They never answer the phone. They take forever to get you prescription and they are always understaffed. Corporate needs to do something about it. I know it’s not the actual workers fault they are understaffed, but come on! Answer the phone at least!

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL they answer the phone then hang up on me and when I called back they answered I heard someone on there but they didn’t say anything just stayed silent and then put me back on hold then answered again AGAIN not saying anything then put me back on hold when I was trying to ask them if my prescription was ready for pick up. To the point of me wanting to FIGHT THEM SO UNPROFESSIONAL.PLEASE EVERYBODY DI NOT GO HERE YOU DINT BELIEVE ME GO IN THE NEWEST REVIEW SECTION . I’m not the only one that is having a bad time these people should be fired

I understand a pharmacy is a business, and just because you need them when you're having health issues (Rx) doesn't mean they will put your health first.I had a bad infection in my eye; went to CVS (on Kempsville Road) for a prescription. They told me it would be ready at 5pm that day, I even received a text saying it was ready. My wife went to pick it up- they told her it wasn't ready but it would be in the morning...annoying, but fine. Returned in the morning and was told "we're behind, it will be ready by 5pm". Ok ok, extremely annoying but fine (once again). Needless to say when we returned after 5pm, it wasn't ready...then it wasn't ready the following morning. That evening I returned demanding my prescription..at this point the infection in my eye was worse and the stress of getting the run around by the pharmacists was making both my head and eye ache.Come to find out, they weren't able to fill it because they didn't have it in stock, but assured me it was on a truck coming the next day and it would be filled immediately. The truck came the following afternoon and guess what... you got it... they didn't get it in, still can't get my prescription filled.At that point I called the doctor and had the Rx to a pharmacy that ACTUALLY had it in stock. Two days later, I got a text from CVS stating they wouldn't be able to fill the Rx until 8/24 (which was 28 days away).This company does not care about your time, health or well-being. Avoid this place at all costs. Drive out of your way to get your meds...I promise, it will save you time & grief; and you'll actually have your prescription too.Don't make the mistake of using this pharmacy
