I have been using this CVS for years. Recently I experienced the WORST customer service ever from Brittany (not even the pharmacist)
She refused to let me speak to pharmacist which is against all regulations according to the corporate office. There is way more I could say but I will be slowly moving my prescriptions. I know they don’t care since I have heard them speaking about patients as if they could not be bothered. Thank you to LAURA and the newer pharmacist which I can’t remember name
You two are awesome!
To you Brittany perhaps customer service is not for you
Any comments CVS? Other than I’m sorry contact guest relations because I spoke to FOUr of them
So you pick and choose who you all respond to here ?? Thanks for nothing.

I’ve given this pharmacy multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff are rude, dismissive, and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I constantly run into issues with my prescriptions—whether it’s delays, incorrect information—and no one seems willing to help fix the problem.
Each time, I’m passed from one person to the next, with no clear answers and no follow-up. I leave feeling more stressed than when I arrived—exactly the opposite of what you want when dealing with medications and health concerns.
If you value respectful service and reliability, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This pharmacy has proven time and again that customer care is not a priority here.

I needed to get my son’s prescription transferred from one pharmacy to this CVS. I was told it could take up to 72 hrs, however when I told the tech my dilemma she called that same day and my son’s prescription was filled within the hour. I wish I knew her name but she was amazing. Thanks again!

They are a well trained team and usually provides good service.
However, I give it three stars. Lately the staff looks unhappy and that does affect the quality of thier service.

Shout out to Isabella and pharmacist (Maria) who solved three problems with prescriptions. Two were critical as I was out of meds. This occurred at the CVS pharmacy inside Target at 4200 Portsmouth Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321. Staff was kind and caring and listened to my issues and fixed all three. Thanks again to your Teammates

I've been using this pharmacy for about 16 years now. It's always been great...great staff, get your prescriptions on time. But now?? Terrible! I don't like to complain but everytime I go now there is some issue. And their attitudes are awful. I know they won't miss my business but I'm taking it somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy in Chesapeake. No one answers the phone. If they do it’s to hang up on you after being on hold for 23 minutes. Poorly managed and nasty attitudes. Take your money and health somewhere else.

Should have zero stars. Agree with other reviewers. Hold times for phone calls are ALWAYS 15-45 minutes and I don't see any of them answering the phone when I have been in line at the store.They are understaffed and the cashiers are SLOW. The worst part: more often than not, they do not have medications in stock and it takes DAYS to get them. The hold music is absolutely awful.

I’m always waiting on hold for the pharmacy for at least 10 minutes before a tech answers. It’s really frustrating when i have to call in once a month. Today I called again and waited another 25 minutes on hold and finally I just hung up.

Pick another pharmacy. This location will not have your prescription and tell you to come back the next day because they can’t be bothered to do their jobs.
