We have been informed that they no longer answer their phones due to understaffing. MOST messages that come from the CVS application state to call. We cannot call as noone answers. Any questions or concerns can only be answered in store and will then require multiple visits to get prescriptions correct and filled. I know noone cares that we’ll be taking our business from this location but please check on the lawsuits that are being filed in Virginia against CVS for poor and dangerous business practices.

Asked for MucinexD with my rx. She rung it up separately. Next said my health reimbursement charge card deducted a portion of the $44 charge (18) pills. Told her to cancel and she said it had been entered into the system. Regardless of cancelation, I'd be unable to make another purchase for a month. Thus I purchased this over the counter item.She had to ask a coworker to answer my questions. Was she ever trained?A debacle.

I appreciate the hard work and effort the technicians onsite did for me, dealing with my doctors office to get approve on a refill wasn’t the smoothest but they stayed on task and did everything they possibly could. Horrible service!! Don't bother trying to fill a prescription with this location. CVS pharmacy as a whole should be out of business. Careless and dangerous to keep patients waiting on their medication.

Polite, staff is nice, but slow and out of stock. Slow computers. Understaffed. Not my problem. The prize for waiting is 2 stars.

Set up an appointment for a vaccine but when we show up the lady in the counter said they run out already…. Why even have the option to set up an appointment if your not going to priorities the appointment?

Call CVS pharmacy at a a different location where my prescription was filled to tell them I needed to send it to this location on Carmichael way. She told me all I had to do was call that Pharmacy and tell her them to pull it out of the system and they could fill it after being on hold with CVS Carmichael Way for 30 minutes. They tell me that I have to call the other pharmacy back to put it on hold so I hung up call other Pharmacy back and she told me that Carmichael CVS is doing nothing but giving me the runaround and causing them more work. This is the second or third issue I’ve had with CVS Carmichael Way I need to find a new drugstore.

The black male pharmacist should be fired and never allowed to work with the public again very rude, very unhelpful and doesn’t care if you get your medication or not he doesn’t want to be bothered with customer service at all. When you’re taking certain medication’s, you cannot come off of them or skip ,what the hell It’s not him, so why does he care?

This has been very difficult and frustrating to get text something is ready and it isn't after I waited 45 minutes. I had spoke with someone the phone this last time and was told it would be ready after lunch and it was not. I called and waited in line and nothing. Plus lady behind counter was rude and thought it was funny. Today after waiting 3 days, I got 2 texts at the same time. I went 3 days without my blood pressure medicine. This has happened repeatedly. I am thinking about going to a new pharmacy.
