Dillards is a great store.
I Took my granddaughter to get a pair of dress shoes for her baptism. DILLARDS is the only store that had a nice selection of dress shoes for young ladies.

MAKEUP ARTIST REVIEW: ESTEE LAUDER-I came in for a makeover for my birthday. You are expected to buy 3 items at the counter with the brand you choose. TERESA didn't even try to teach me the countour and highlight I asked for. Instead she used a ton of bronzer making me orange leaving lines and caked up in my crows feet. She used old makeup I couldn't even re draw my eyebrows. My husband gasps when I got home. Do not use Teresa from ESTEE LAUDER. Not a pleasant person and employees agree her skills are minimal, at best.

Came in to buy James Avery and get my bracelet cleaned. Was refused service because they had a visit the next day. I was expected to leave my bracelet with them and pick up later. It takes 5 minutes to clean a bracelet.

I went into Dillard's this evening to look for shoes. While in the shoe department, I walked around to find a black high-heel pump. Two sales associates were having a deep conversation and at no point stopped to see if I needed any assistance. I looked at two pairs of shoes that I was interested in, and at that point, I took pictures and wrote down the SKU # to see if I could locate these brands online or find them at another location. I then heard a sales associate say to another customer can I help you. I was offended because I was not acknowledged during my time in that department. The sales associate apologized, saying she normally speaks to everyone when they come into the shoe department. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will never shop at this store again.
