Austin was very professional polite and helpful. They recommend the best tire for your vehicle and travel/driving habits not just the most expensive. They let you know via text where in the installation process your vehicle is. Start to finish was a very easy, pleasant process. They also price match so even better!

Over all a good experience! Was able to get help with the rotation of the tires. Was in and out of there in about an hour. The front desk employees were super helpful.

The employees are attentive and polite. The vibe is better than other tire store experiences I've had. The manager, Joe, dealt with a difficult customer for over 30 minutes and showed great patience. He had her laughing even though she wasn't happy that her tires weren't 100% covered under warranty. They answered the phone quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure getting tires here.

First place and will be the only place I get new tires from. Johnathan’s customer service was beyond exceptional and the price given for two new tires on my Volkswagen + new windshield wipers was HALF the price from the Volkswagen service department! They don’t receive commission and they STILL take initiative and care of their customers and guests.
I hope more people show the team at Discount Tires of Chesapeake more acknowledgment and appreciation for upholding the company’s core values.

Outstanding customer service! Honest and helpful associate.
I arrived at the location as walk in with construction staples in my tire tread. Associate pulled the staples out and spray the area with soapy water to check for bubbles. No bubbles. Was advised to watch air pressure and the tire was fine. Associate never pushed for a new tire. Will be back!

Austin B. was the BIGGEST blessing!!! He helped me out IMMENSELY without hesitation and got me back on the road in less than an hour and was just so kind the entire time. Also answered all of my stupid questions and refused to let me get back on the road with unsafe tires. ALSO did not let me be delusional in thinking they were fine (they were not). He needs a promotion simply for being a ray of sunshine.
