Stopped by this Domino's Pizza to get two pizzas. The teenage (I'm guessing here) cashier messed up my order. When this was shown to her she didn't seem to care. Fortunately another woman and who I think was a manager, overheard the conversation and fixed my order. Also adjusted the cost (downward) as the cashier had erred there also. 3 Cheers for the manager and the other worker.

I placed carry out order 641 tracker said pick up 708, the manager told me be another 40 min for carry out order!He was very ruid.Also this past Sat I tried to order on line it wouldn’t go thru same man said no carry out after 9. I did not see written on phone.So looks like this will be my last order with dominos

I like Dominos Pizza however for some reason they don’t deliver to my neighborhood. They used to deliver to this subdivision but at some point stopped. It needs to be fixed because they’re losing a lot of business.

Would give the 0 stars if I could. About to get a lawyer. Not only did they take my brother's cell number and the employee texted him from their personal phone number, but an employee from dominos came to my house at 430 am and was banging on my door, scaring my children and myself. Dude don't wear your work hat! I complained but heard nothing back. Unprofessional and also took away my right to privacy

The Dominos on Little Creek in Norfolk near the Applebees if by far the most unprofessional location in the history of this franchise. I placed and order at 8:14pm that was supposed to be ready in 45 mins. I arrived to the store and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. During my wait, the employees were observed playing on their phones, cussing, laughing and joking. After patiently waiting til 9:36pm to inquire where my order was. I was informed that the oven was overcrowded so they are looking for the order. At 9:54pm these unprofessional young people told me my order is just now going in the oven.This location should be shut down to never reopen! I only gave them a one star because that was the lowest I could go. They deserve much less and definitely not $15 an hour.

We ordered a cheese pizza and was delivered a sausage and pepperoni pizza (we don't even eat pork). My son called them and was told the managers are too busy to speak with him and they will just give him a credit. No we don't want a credit we want our pizza. He was told it would be considered a new order and they are not delivering right now. How is it a new order when they messed up the delivery. I called myself and read told the same thing. I asked for the number to corporate and was told she was just a delivery driver and didn't have the number. my only option if I wanted to speak to a manager was to just hold until one was available she there was no timeframe on when that may be mind you we had already been dealing with this for almost an hour. I would not recommend or order from them again.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. We ordered $20 worth of food from this establishment and was called and told the food was delivered to our house. There was nothing on our porch. We called in and spoke with the manager CJ and explained what happened and she proceeded to tell us the driver did indeed bring it to us, and we were just wrong. I have a ring door bell that also recorded all of this, and nobody ever dropped anything on our porch. She then actually called the driver to come back and pick up the food from wherever he placed it at (contactless delivery) and give it to us. We expressed we were not satisfied with that, as 1) it is a pandemic, 2) it is literally raining outside, so by the time they give it to us the pizza will likely be cold and soggy. Miss CJ proceeded to say "Well you are going to just have to wait 45 minutes for it to be made then." This was upsetting considering we had already paid for our order and waited the same amount of time, and now we would have to wait longer, and who knows if it would be delivered to the right house again. The phone was on speaker, and my mother mentioned how it was crazy we would have to wait longer for their error, and CJ proceeded to say "Well I will refund you have a great one" and hung up the phone. Literally hung up the phone m, with so much attitude.It was truly disappointing to experimece this as I work in customer service myself. I have never had such a bad experience with any delivery service, and especially not Domino's. I called back immediately and asked to speak to the manager, who was ofcourse CJ, and as soon as I picked up and said "I did not appreciate you hanging up that was very rude of you" She told me to call corporate and complain if I had an issue and tried to hang up again before I stopped her and asked her to just listen to me.... I ordered this for my mother and now I will have to figure out something else for her to eat at 6pm on a Sunday. Is this the customer service that Domino's gives and expects their staff, especially managers to deliver? She never refunded the payment either and I am just so disgusted with the customer service given by someone who is supposed to be a manager. I would not recommend ordering from this Domino's with these type of management going on. Hoping someone from corporate reaches out as well.

Orders are always right. Pizza good and always hot. Delivery is almost always good. Sometimes a 20 minute wait after left the store is a little crazy though when we live within 5 to 8 minutes away.

Will not use the Suffolk VA location again. I placed a 50.00 order they cancelled my order and took the money out of my account which will take 5 days to be returned. I told them make it a carry out and I will come grab it since you don't have a delivery driver. The manager said I would have to re-order and pay a second time. At least in Tennessee the website will tell you that you can't place a delivery order and carry out only. Your loss because I prefer weekly

There was no experience. Nobody gave an opportunity for one. They seem to think they need customers or their lifetime value. The pizza isn't even that good.Say hello to Sprint when get there Dominos.

For the second week in a row I ordered Pizza delivery from this location. After an hour, they called to tell me they aren't doing delivery. Do not recommend anyone use this Domino's, I for one will not be calling them back.
