Waited for over 15 mins for an online order that wasn’t prepared or there. Wasted my lunch. And there were no employees but 1 working at the front! Never again! Go to Pembroke VB location

I went to purchase a pair of shoes yesterday 3/2/25 . The shoes I Selected had a sign indicating an additional 30 % off. When I got to the register the 30% did not appt. When I asked why the employee stated “ it apples only to the clearance section! I asked if apples only to clearance then why not place the 30% sale sign indicating the clearance area and not thought out the store and above shoes that are not part of the sale. So I left the shoes. It’s very deceiving to the customer and false advertising .

Decent prices and selection, but, dang they want ALL your personal info when you check out- full name, phone, email... it's a bit invasive.

Decent selection of shoes for men, women and children in a warehouse setting. Prices are fair and I've never experienced any quality issues. Typically, sale shoes are house in the rear of the stores by size.

I needed a pair of black shoes to match a dress for Easter. Found what I was looking for. Note to self: Do not go shopping for Easter stuff the day before! It was busy! Nonetheless, the staff was helpful and I found a pair of shoes that fit the bill nicely, and on sale.

I was a little disappointed. And I don't usually complain but I ordered a pair of shoes and although they were on clearance when I got there the box that they gave them to me in was tattered. It was missing the majority of the lid. The box was crushed in. It was a Christmas gift and this is a shoe store. I feel as though they could have at least found a lid and put it on the box. Other than that the store is nice.
