Spent almost $50 on a cake for my friends birthday and it arrived broken. When I spoke to the customer service representative, he let me know there's nothing they can do due to the cakes being premade. Pretty disappointing and I was probably better off mailing her a cake from the grocery store. Terrible customer service

This location is a joke and was a disappointment. Literally ruined my entire Valentine's Day. My fiancé set it up to have my edible arrangements delivered to my job. They never made it to my job. He spent over $100 which was supposed to include delivery. He had to keep reaching out and they kept bringing the fruit back and forth to the location. I didn't get the delivery to my house until 7pm. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. The Fruit was soggy from being brought all around except to my job location for delivery. They told my fiancé he could come pick it up. He was just in an accident and couldn't drive. Thats the reason why he paid extra for delivery. Thanks for ruining a special day. I wouldn't recommend this place or location at all!

My husband was so excited to bring me these chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. When we open the box though we realized that they prioritize quantity over quality. Most of the strawberries weren't even halfway covered in chocolate and they didn't even have any decorations on them. Two of them have already started going bad
