The 1st time the delivery of balloons came few popped at my door as i was receiving them, and few others deflated few hours after, i contacted the store and a lady called me and delivered another order of balloons, it seems like it was the delivery guy's fault who didn't put the balloos in a plastic bag to protect them.
The strawberries, apples covered in chocolate were great. They were fresh they were good for almost 1 week.

Received an edible bouquet from some friends recently and it was made & delivered by this store. The store personnel were VERY on top of communicating with me for delivery and incredibly polite and professional. My delivery man was super nice and friendly and the bouquet was AMAZING! The chocolate dipped pineapple and strawberries sprinkled with Tajin were delicious! I had never had Tajin on chocolate dipped fruit and now I am addicted! Thank you so much for a delicious delivery!

Very disappointed in the service and flowers I received. 1 dozen red roses that completely fell apart when I took them out of the wrapping paper. They were obviously very old flowers.
I spoke to customer service at this location and they were very rude. He was well aware the flowers were falling apart and said he gave me 3 extra flowers to make up for that.
They did come back the next day with a small box of 3 chocolate covered strawberries and 2 pieces of cut pineapple.
Safe to say I will not be ordering from here ever again. Spent well over 100$ and the surprise was ruined due to poor quality.

What a joke. The person i had this delivered to opened the box for it to say "Thank You" Embarrassing. And when calling to complain the store associate Tasha (refused to give a last name or initial ) hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disappointing especially for the amount of money paid.

Absolutely an amazing team, my son and I walked in for a little snack while we waited for my husband to finish at a near by store. They were the nicest people we have ever met, the arrangement were beautiful (I wish I could buy all of them, we will be making this our go to store from now on. Thank you guys so much. Our day was made!

This brand has went down hill. Since it franchised . The new owners in 757 are very rude. And they act like they don't understand what you're saying. None of them will accept any coupons, or any discounts. They will tell you to order online. And walk away. I've tried to order online. Then when I arrive. Tell me they don't have my order. Or aren't partner with whoever. I used to order from this brand often about 10 years ago. Over the years I go only once a year.
