Dropped off an meta quest 3 for repairs to the charger port and the side speaker…paid the $40 diagnostic fee. I’m assuming the owner is who I was dealing with, called and said the price for repair would be $210. I get there to pick up I’m charged $225 and this is after the $40 deposit for a total of $265 over half the price of a new unit. When I asked about the price he said I agreed to $250 with tax which is a lie I never agreed to $250, I was even skeptical at the $210 saying I could just buy a new unit with a few more dollars.
He said he told me the remaining balance is $210 verbatim: “so there’s definitely an issue with_____ it’s going to be a lot of labor so it’ll be about $210” I confirmed $210, he agreed. After handing him my card to swipe $210 I noticed he swiped $225 which he says is due to taxes. When I asked for an itemized receipt I was given a slip that says $250 for repairs $15 taxes. It definitely feels like I’ve been scammed especially not being able to see what exactly I’m paying for. The repairs seem to be in tact which is why I gave 2 stars but I can’t help but to feel like I’ve been taken advantage of.

Brought in 3 desktop PCs with older OSs and they were able to make them functional again. Excellent service for a reasonable price and a short service time.

I have to take this opportunity to thank Adam and the Electronics Overhaul team for their help. Late last year, my Western Digital 2TB portable hard drive crashed. Faced with the permanent loss of innumerable pictures, videos, and music files-but most importantly-priceless, invaluable memories, I was determined to recover my data. An internet search for data recovery services led me to Electronics Overhaul. I was quoted a price for the repair and given an approximate timeframe. I was also quoted a price for a new hard drive since mine would be permanently inoperable afterwards. Due to the complexity of the repair, it took longer than originally thought. Adam was responsive throughout with updates and reassurance that the repair was indeed feasible. After the assessment of the drive's problem, it was thought that 95% of my data could be recovered. When the repair was complete and I got my new drive, I was thrilled to find that ALL of my information had been recovered. All of my files-in their original format and back in their respective folders/subfolders as well...such a relief. So if you find yourself in need of an intricately detailed repair that requires great skill and technical expertise, Electronics Overhaul will take good care of you.

Took my piece of electronics, didn't do anything with it for six months, finally said it was ready, and it was broken more. They offered to just refund me and let me take it, I said no. They ended up mailing it out, said they would pay for the part they broke. I went to pick up, and they charged me the whole bill. Even though they broke part of it, I had to pay the third parry bill for that too. I do not recommend. BTW, the whole ordeal took 10 months beforenI got my piece back. They won't call when they say and they don't keep their word. Boooooo
Well, allow me to retort. I picked it up and the display DIDNT work anymore. That's called more broken. So, as such, I paid a third party to fix something you broke.
Lastly, don't talk about the warranty that a third party put on it because I didn't get a single piece of paper work enabling me to even claim it. I have nothing except the sticker on it.

I brought my PC into the shop with an overheating CPU after being referred by another computer repair business. I explained the problem the best I could and left it in their capable hands. I received a call a short time later with the diagnosis and approved the recommended work. Just a few hours later the work was complete and I was able to pick it up that same evening. They installed new fans, replaced the water cooler and thermal paste. It's working like brand new and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for quality work and quick turnaround, look no further. And the price was right too.

Just wanted to let everyone know my experience here. So far, it has been the worst in my entire life. I brought my computer here one month ago and still do not have it. They keep making promises that they’re breaking and I can see that other people are being completed before mines and I’ve been here starting To think it’s my skin color. I serve in the military and And I don’t be having time to come and check and call for updates this store. Don’t even do that if you need your computer done or need any electronic done this is the worst place to come.
