Electronics Overhaul is my new go to for repairs. I have already recommended them to friends and family. I was hesitant to take my computer to a shop for repair, I usually upkeep my stuff, so I was unsure, but I followed the other local reviews and they went above and beyond my expectations.Highly recommend before calling up big box stores in the area check them out. They were extremely professional, didn't try to oversell me on things and got my computer back working like the day before all the problems started. It was a pleasure to do business with Electronics Overhaul.

The owner could have went about the whole situation alot more respectfully.\nWhat made this transaction go sideways was my refusal to leave my device in the shop. I believe the owner is up to no good if the problem was because I didn't want to leave it unattended. I requested for his spare time so I could be present for the repair. I asked before leaving with the repair if it didn't work\ncould i return the following day for a return on the parts/not the labor or deposit.\n[I returned the next day/ not days\nlater]\nAll of which was a verbal agreement agreed upon in the moment to get told \

I'm a repeat customer and have had a couple of items repaired here, playstation and cracked cell phone screen. The technicians are professional and efficient once the replacement parts arrive. I also noticed that they also sell electronics that have been repaired for a decent price.

No sales pitch. Honest diagnoses. Called me to see what I would like to do; Fix as was? Upgrade? Reasonable charge. This place has my vote.

Went to this place around April, had an electrical problem with the battery in my phone. Adam ( the owner of this business) said he would have to order parts that may take a week or so to arrive, said there would be no problem with me taking the phone with me until parts arrived ( I had pictures of my recently deceased fiance of our last trip together I wanted to save off the phone) I just felt better about keeping the phone with me until the parts arrived. When the parts finally arrived a week and a half later, I had received a voicemail saying "he didn't understand why the phone wasn't left in his shop." I came in the following day (Friday) and requested to be in the shop when he could spare time for my repair. Adam told me he would be available Monday. (I just wanted to be present for the repair because the pictures meant so much to me.) Adam tells me Monday around 10-11am. I arrived Monday about 11, was told it should be about 45mins- 1 hr fix. About 2 almost 3 hrs later of patiently waiting in his shop, he tells me the battery and faceplate have been replaced but it's only pulling a low charge. I asked what he suggested he tells me to leave it with him and he would call me by the next day. I said I would leave to run a few errands and would be back before they closed. (Left it in his shop like he requested from the start). When I make it back a few hours later he starts to claim he thinks the phone has "water damage" (a phone with water damage would not pull any current for those that don't know that information). Adam had the phone in the back of the store when I had been waiting on the repair and when i arrived before closing, had moved the phone to behind the front counter on the charger. I asked to see what repair had been done, Adam picks the phone up that is still connected to the charger to show me the screen of it that reads the phone is charging. I ask if I pay for the work that has already been done would there be a problem if i bring the phone and receipt back ( both receipts, one for the deposit and the other receipt for parts and repair)the following day if im unable to get it to turn on. Adam tells me sure, I had been a previous customer to him 2 times in the past year before this interaction. The next day I bring the phone and receipts and requested a refund only for the parts (I know deposit and repair fees are for the time spent on the repair.) Adam denied my request telling me I had "wasted his time"(but that is what you pay a deposit for) preceded to tell me that I "vandalized my own phone" I believe because he was mad I didn't trust him to leave my phone to him without my presence. (I believe I had made the right decision about that because after I had left it in his shop for a few hours tells me he thinks it had "water damage" so I think if the phone was in Adam's words "vandalized" it was something he had done to the device. I asked Adam if there were any other options he said he could "ship it to Florida and that it would be expensive." $140.00 dollars, respect and cherished memories lost from his unprofessional conduct. I went to this shop because the 2 previous repairs had went accordingly. I thought he understood how sacred this repair meant to me for the year of being a customer turned into an overnight nightmare.

Adam replaced my fiancee S23 Ultra screen. With the deposit and paying extra for overnight shipping for the screen they were still the best price around. Phone looks perfect...highly recommend!

Recently while gaming with my friends, my Xbox One controller's left bumper died out on me. It was pretty scary because the controller was given to me by my grandfather who had passed away a couple of years back. I brought it here to Electronics Overhaul, and Adam & co had fixed it in a pretty small timeframe. They call you whenever your repair is done, and you come in for thirty seconds and get your tech back. Also adding this in, their prices are pretty reasonable compared to other electronic repair stores in the area.Amazing electronic repair work done by amazing people. Thank you guys.

The charging port was damaged on my HP Pro Book and USB drive were continuously disconnecting/reconnecting. Electronics Overhaul repaired both issues. They were referred by a friend that had an issue with their laptop fixed there. I will continue to use EO for my electronic repair issues. The cost for my repairs was very affordable. I had checked with another similar business and their cost for repair started at the cost for my total repair.

Did a great job on my husband’s Xbox series x They fixed the hdmi port for a very reasonable price and had it back to him in only a few days. All the other places we called charged a lot more and said it would be at least 2 weeks before he would get it back. Great job guys! Thank you so much!

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely upon my personal experiences and my personal experiences alone,so with that being said let's go!!..I sent out requests to get some quotes on fixing one of my electronic devices repaired, this particular company responded promptly but the owner Adam E. stated "The square piece is part of the back glass that we do not repair " those were his exact words in the text he sent me! So I politely responded "thank you I believe I found someone "!. So I definitely appreciate his quick response with a price even though he wasn't able to help me.

I can't say enough good things about Adam and Electronics Overhaul. They have fixed both my Iphone and Macbook. They told me what is was going to cost, they told me when it was going to be ready, and it happened just like they said. And they did do what they said they were going to do. I could go on and on. I highly recommend and have recommended Electronics Overhaul to my friends and others that need electronics repair. They are what customer service should look like. They are my first call for electronics repair.

They were will to sell their own tools to help me out. Nowhere else would you find kindness like that.Edit: I attempted my own repair, stripped some solder pads off and more or less failed. I brought the circuit in and they were able to fix my perceivably irreparable mistake! Super cool.
