This team was so great! I called them to pick me up at 8am from the body shop after I dropped my car off at for an insurance claim and got my rental with in an hour. ONLY to find out that the whole time the insurance adjusters deleted the entire appointment. So they had no idea they had to pick me up or have a vehicle ready for me and they were able to stay flexible and make it work. They were so busy and I was lucky they even had a vehicle available for me. Big thanks from me for being so helpful!

On 23 Jan, the Enterprise office at 927 N. Battlefield Rd, Chesapeake VA 23320, refused to honor my contact for 23-26 Jan. I had pre-arranged a local pickup at noon, but the office had no record of the request. When I called at 11:00 to confirm the pickup, the agent said they didn’t have the staff for pickups. I was angry and snapped at the agent, then told her I would pick up the car at 1. The agent told me they didn’t do business with rude people and hung up. I called back, the manager came on, said she had listened to the tape, and backed up the agent. I told her to save the tape, because I was contracting corporate. She said let me tell you how to spell my name, so you get it right when you complain.

Quick and friendly service, was in a car rapidly. I was given a free upgrade by the branch manager and the service was good while in person, although hard to get in contact with office during business hours. Very nice selection of cars and less than 3 minute wait time to be seen by an agent each time I’ve been. Highly recommend if you need a vehicle.

Great place to rent a car! The staff is very friendly and attentive. They explained all the features of the car to me and then made sure I was comfortable with the car. The price is actually a bit less than other car rental companies out there! I would definitely recommend this location and will use them again!!

Lady rep who worked with me was great. Great thing about Enterprise is that they picked me up and delivered me back to wherever I needed to go. The bad thing was they charged me for the day I returned the car, at 9:30am. I only used the car for 4 days, but they charged me an extra day for the return day, which was brought back earlier than the time I checked out with it. Their corporate office agreed with me, but they still charged me for the return day. For that reason, I will never use them again, and definitely NO I would not recommend them to anyone

Because of recent unexpected events,my family had to rely on car rental services. Enterprise went beyond our expectations and showed compassion on making sure that we were comfortable with the rental and that it was delivered as scheduled. It is my rental of choice.

My wife had an accident last month in our 2016 Jeep Patriot. Thankfully, no one was injured. The Jeep had damage to the left front bumper and door and also to the driver's side suspension. Dealing with a damaged vehicle can be stressful, particularly dealing with insurance companies, rental cars, and repair shops. Ours was minimal due to the outstanding service each of them provided us during this event. I would like to include all of them in my review.Our insurance company for many years has been Allstate. Our particular agent is Jason McMahan in Virginia Beach, VA. Every call to them was handled professionally and in a timely manner. They guided us through the online claim and made changes when necessary. We highly recommend Allstate, and our group in particular, to anyone desiring outstanding service.We needed a rental vehicle while ours was being repaired. Allstate highly recommended Enterprise as our rental company. Allstate notified them of our claim and we were in and out of there in short order. Dale Robinson was our representative at Enterprise in Chesapeake, VA and he gave us fast, professional service. We highly recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs.Allstate also recommended a local repair shop, MICAR Collision Center in Chesapeake, VA. We can't say enough good things about this shop. Justin Helms was our repair manager and he was outstanding. He was friendly, professional and always kept us up to date on our Jeep's repair status. The repairs were outstanding and performed in less than two weeks, which worked out great for our rental car fee paid by Allstate. Again, we highly recommend MICAR Collision Center in Chesapeake, VA.Having a loved one involved in an accident is stressful enough all by itself. The staff at the Battlefield location is outstanding. The Branch Manager, Axl, is professional, upbeat, and very customer directed. I have used other locations and this is by far the best!!

They are not on Battlefield, they are in a strip mall off Boyle Court. The employees are rude and uncaring and argue with each other in front of customers. Now we are sitting waiting on the car we had reserved in the three hours they are open on Saturday! Pick a different location...

Having a reservation means nothing to Enterprise car rental. I wasted two Uber fares only to find out that no vehicles are available for my reservation.
