My experience was excellent. I have received good customers service renting there but FIELD RUSSELL exceeded that, he was kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable! I appreciate his customer service and excellence. Signed a happy customer and disabled Veteran! Field needs recognition at a corporate level.

The worst service ever man my wife was told to bring a rental back that was issued by insurance company because it had to go in for recall service got to the location and they try to put my wife in another car that looked like it was in a front end collision with a stench of cigarettes smoke and burn holes in the seat this car was truly beat to death when my wife stated that this was unacceptable the manager came out and refused to put her in anything else if you have to deal with this location run as far as you can

I went to pick up reserved car on Friday afternoon and car was on empty. An assistant took it to put half tank in, it took her about 20 minutes to return from across street. I drove car home, a Jetta, picked up husband and luggage and went to fill car up for trip. The Jetta would not accept gas except at a very slow trickle….vaperlock maybe, tried everything… we dropped back by Enterprise and told them of our problem. We could not drive 7 hours away in a car that took FOREVER to put gas in. She located a Nissan Rouge and had it cleaned right away and filled the tank. Told us not to worry about gas level at return to repay us for the little bit of gas we were able to get in the Jetta and for out wait and trouble. She did not get frazzled at the problems and remained professional and friendly throughout the whole time, first the lack of gas in first vehicle, the problem of not being able to gas it at a normal rate and also our wait for cleaning the upgraded car. Things could of really gone south quick had a less professional person helped us. As it was she made it right and the Rouge worked out great. We had no problems on our trip.

Worst experience of my life. Unable to trade Carrian at any other enterprise except the one I rented it from to get a smaller vehicle. The enterprise I rented from didn’t have any smaller vehicles poor customer service I just would not tell anyone to go to the one on military highway in Chesapeake
