Horrible company to work with, save yourself a major headache and look else where. They don’t even deserve a one star. Only thing they’re consistent with is making excuses. Only a matter of time this company will go out of business and fail due to complete lack of customer service/support!

This company had taken over an 16ft X 16 ft outdoor playset delivery that I had ordered originally from Home Depot it wasn't by choice I just seen that that had been updated with the tracking information. The order kept getting delayed and when the package had finally arrived mind you it was a 500 lb box on a pallet that was just left in my driveway the delivery driver never called me never rang the doorbell never told me that they were here. Have on my camera the guy sticking the order slip on the box which had our phone number on it and then just left and now me and my husband had to try to figure out how to move this 500 lb box. Will 100% never be using this company again.

Great Carrier for a long time now. Great Guaranteed Service.
Only LTL carrier who offers guaranteed pick-ups.
I had to change from standard service to Guaranteed service mid-shipment and it was changed seamlessly.

My package kept getting left behind. It was a long tube package so the drivers kept leaving it. I called to inquire about my package and spoke to Meia in customer service. She was super helpful. She was able to locate my package at each stop get it moving again. Meia went the extra mile to help me find and get my package delivered!

I am currently looking at truck 482461 that almost ran me and two other cars off of the road in the pouring rain. Your drivers need to learn that they could kill someone on these roads. Absolutely ridiculous and reckless.

A little unorganized. Yard dogs do not have their headlights on so be mindful of your surroundings when parking or pulling trailers.

Easily the most incompetent company i have ever had to deal with. They have delivered 3 shower kits from the home depot to my house. All three times the damaged the shower. They also lost my vanity and claim they delivered it. Don't use these idiots. The will disapoint

My shipping experience was terrible. I ordered a product through the Home Depot and unfortunately they decided to ship my package through Estes.. They allegedly have a tracking system, but what use is a tracking system when you don't update it and my package has said "In Transit" at the same spot for over three days even after my alleged delivery date?My tracking number was longer than usual which happens to be a "level 2" as I have been told several times because I have had to call repeatedly to check the status of my order which had a false delivery appointment of 3 days before this review.. Unfortunately these people don't understand that people take off of work sometimes to receive large packages and its highly inconvenient to customers when they don't honor the appointment dates that they themselves set.Needless to say my package has not arrived yet and I have little faith that it will ever arrive at this point. I have learned that arrival dates mean nothing at this company and the packages from this company basically get delivered whenever the driver feels like it. Who knows when that will be,.. half time of a 2k game maybe?.. I am going to give this until the end of the week to arrive and then I am going to do my usual bad reviews on Google and request a refund from the Home Depot.If you find out this company is doing the delivery, do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache. Don't do it to yourself. SMH

Estes Express provides excellent customer service. They are reliable and very hands on. I was having an almost impossible time returning a very large piece of furniture to a company in New England. I would not have been able to return this item without the problem solving skills, compassion and persistence of the folks at Estes. I am extremely grateful for their help!
