Troy was honestly amazing, best experience I’ve had at Extra Space Storage, he made moving my unit SO MUCH EASIER than I expected it to be. If you need a storage unit, go to the Bruce Rd facility in Chesapeake.

Extra Space Storage at 4620 Bruce Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23321 was an exceptional experience. It was clean, well-kept, and secure. The office staff were probably the best part, however. Every time I had a question or concern, their level of courtesy and professionalism was well beyond my expectations.

Awesome place to store your belongings!! Troy is awesome every time we come to the unit !! He goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and have everything you need!!!

When you want to pay they answer right away. If you want to make changes they make it difficult.

Nice place but it increases in price constantly. The set rate I began with has been increased by $30 already and have been there a year.
