I recently had the pleasure of visiting FedEx for printing assistance, and I wanted to share my experience. As someone who is not well-versed in printing images, I found myself needing help. My mother and I arrived about an hour before closing time and sought assistance from Derek. Despite my lack of preparation, he was incredibly patient, kind, and eager to assist me throughout the process.
Realizing I underestimated the scope of my project, I returned the next day to print additional images, this time better organized. I was warmly greeted by Alyesha, who was equally kind and more than willing to help me with my needs.
This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have encountered. The store was well-maintained and peaceful, and the staff consistently went above and beyond for their customers. I will certainly return in the future and highly recommend this location to others—definitely a 11/10!

Find another place to do your prints. $2.50 EXTRA SURCHARGE if you need it that day, $7.95 EXTRA SURCHARGE if they resize it in ANY way. And this was to be added to the $8.95 to print 3 pictures that HAD to be printed on larger size paper than the picture size I wanted. Sheesh. I only paid $4.50 for the pictures off Etsy!
I only had them do one picture.... turned out pretty, but I'll find another place who is a bit more reasonable. And, they left off the military discount..

Had to come in Friday evening 2/14 to mail a package for work. The task I had to complete was quite daunting how fortunate I was that Derrick was the person working. From start to finish he helped me with everything. He answered all my questions with a smile and a friendly disposition. He was quick to greet and help every customer that came in as well. Derricks willingness to be an exceptional employee helped me greatly complete my tasks for my own job of which I am extremely grateful!

This store location has the most incompetent people employed! Stay away from the location you will leave with nothing accomplished!

If I could give a -100 I would. After I expressed needing help on a super small print job, Jeff was clear on my need, and felt the need to want to have power and control over my situation and not be helpful. In the time we went round and round with me about what he was not going to do for me, he could have printed this basic printing job. I contacted the Norfolk store and emailed them my printing, they had completed the job by the time we got off of the phone. Jeff called me 10 mins later to tell me the job was done. I told him to throw it away, as I had no idea that he was actually going to do it with all the games he was playing. Sad.
I have been printing at this store for over 14 years, back when it was Kinkos... They are now awful and very unhelpful. They have had some staff changes and it's just not the same. Go to Norfolk or the Virginia Beach stores if you want real customer service. They actually WANT to help you, and they do.

I have visited this location a few times to ship and print. All experiences have been positive and quick. Helpful staff, clean facility and well stocked.
