FedEx are slow, their drivers will delay your package and not deliver. Not buying from a merchant that delivers with fedex again.

I was supposed to have flowers delivered to my job yesterday and went to check tracking only to see that the package was delayed and that they would be arriving a day late (today). This morning I got a call from a driver? Asking about the address my package was supposed to be delivered to.. it was the wrong address so I gave her the correct one. I assumed they would just drop it off to the proper address today. I called them to ask where my package was and they said it was sitting at the warehouse/store… and that it would be delivered tomorrow or maybe tonight. This is an issue because it is the second delay, and every day my flowers are closer to dying and the whole purchase would be for nothing. “Tonight” will not work because they are being delivered to a place of business, anyone could come after work hours and grab the package. I will not be here. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to pick up my package after work. Smh

I had some issues with a package that required a signature, and after trying normal FedEx support for days, I was finally directed to come here and pick up my package. The ladies that worked at the desk here were super friendly and helpful in finding my package so I could sign for it! Thank you so much!

The worst company to deliver anything. Told me my package was gonna be delivered today so I took the day off now they moved it for 2 more days . For the sake of God people, use UPS.

Always, always have trouble with Fed Ex. Whenever I hear that my package is being delivered by FedEx I gasp with disgust. I ordered something from Spartanburg South Carolina on February 19 2025. It had to be signed for so that day I tried to have them hold it at my local store because I would be at work and it said you cannot change delivery to a business it had to be residential or a fedex authorize pick up store. So even with all the snow we had from VA an southward it kept saying on time for Friday the 21st by the end of day. My reroute to the store was not approved until on the 21st and yet still said by end of day 21st. So around 3pm or so on tge 21st it started saying delayed due to weather. Now it had already made it to chesapeake thru the bad weather and only needed to go to the store. I called customer service and relayed my disappointment and they said it would more likely be delivered to the store on Monday the 24th. So now going all weekend without my package due to their laziness by not following thru with what it says is gonna happen. And to play the bad weather card due to their screwup. Uuuuuugggggghhhhh! They didn't play the bad weather card until the end when the only thing they had to do was take the package about 4 miles from the 1401 Kelland drive chesapeake hub to the volvo pkwy fedex office store. Very very bad business ethics always with fedex. UPS never have any problems ever. If I could give 1/4 a star i would. I asked if it was possible it might make it to the store tomorrow (saturday) and again laziness they said not till Monday, very poor customer service.

My package was delivered to a completely wrong house. They had the right address correct on the shipment, but whoever the driver was clearly can’t read and left my package at the wrong house. This was a very expensive package and I’m having a hard time getting in contact with someone to retrieve my package this is very frustrating. I would not recommend using FedEx.

Bad service. A fedex truck literally pulled and my drive way and didn’t drop off anything. It says it’s delivered.

What can I say? I love me some FedEx. I have been working here for some time now for 3+ years, and I absolutely love my job, my coworkers, and even the customers. FedEx offers great benefits like health care, life insurance, PTO, paid vacation, and even collage reimbursement, to name a few.
