Fast, efficient and cleanest facilities I've dealt with so far. I've always received first class action and intelligent answers to any questions or concerns I've had. Service has been outstanding to date, 11/08/2023. I'll update again in 6 months or so.

I had a dispatcher who called. The young lady was nice professional and honest with me. She saw what my information was didn't understand why the driver said the address was wrong. I called again after work to see if the driver was going to be able to pick it up.i had reached a different person. The rep I spoke to at that time said I had to go pick my package up. My package supposedly had some type of safety regulation on it so they couldn't try to redilver it from what the rep told me. I questioned that due to the fact I know for the fact either the driver couldn't read or he or she didn't want to deliver the package. I told the rep that these are apartments I live in, the actual address is on the door of the apartment. The address is the same as it is on the label. Plus I had put clear and precise directions in the direction for the driver. So their driver is lying about it be undeliverable or wrong address. The rep said she apologize and the fact of the matter is they can not try to re deliver the package. I said I wanted to put a complaint in then. I put a complaint in,half hour later I got someone who is management working from home calling me and lied to me over the phone. This rep said that the label was destroyed and, driver couldn't read it which made it undeliverable. ? I said ain't that something, I had two people read off to me from the dispatch side, and those same two people said nothing about there was an issue with the label. In fact the driver put in his or her notes that they temp to give me a call which was a lie. Now I got a Manger living to me. I said ok then what do I have to do on my end. The rep said nothing we just have to print a new label and the driver will deliver it the next day. So I got the package no problem., driver put it right outside my door. Ladies and gentlemen the label was not reprinted, it didn't look destroyed at all. I'm happy that I finally got my package but my package wasn't even in a brown box. The object had a label on it and sat it outside the door so everyone can see what I just got mailed to me. It is a crime shame on how customer service is now ?.people took pride in their work.

I took the day off work. Mind you. This was promised delivery day. I was called around noon. They said they lost my package. This is a carbon fiber hood for my car. I called again around 4. Said they found it in Richmond VA. I was alright cool. Del it tomorrow give me a 30 min notice. Mind you again from my area 5 trucks a day go to Richmond and back. So next day get a call. You will not be getting your package. Still in Richmond. Now I have to wait another 5 days due to memorial day holiday. Ask for Thursday del. Can't do it. Can't hold my package that long. So for a third day messing up work I get it delivered. Thank the shipping gods my sender. Package it the best ever seen. I was not happy. FedEx made it seem like it was not their fault. They clearly said they lost it. I asked for some shipping cost in return. I was not successful in this venture

Had my tool box shipped for an overseas contracting job. When I scouted out the facility the day before and spoke to the front office people they assured me that they would supply the banding for the box to secure it to pallet it was on. When I showed up the next day low-and-behold all of a sudden they didn't want to band the box. After arguing with them that I had been told the day before that they would they finally produced the banding machine. I understand it is my box and everything but the personnel there would not lift a finger to help me wrap the box in card board and shrink wrap it. The entire place is filled with lazy people that I assumed were in the shipping business.
