Took a 2020 Toyota 4 runner here for an alignment after installing small lift so it needed both toe and camber adjusted. Tech did not do camber at all and then tried telling me he maxed out the camber bolts when he in fact did not even touch them as they still had the factory paint marks all lined up
People at the front desk were rude and ignorant.
Go else where this place is not up to par.

Friendly staff but i don’t understand why every time i book an appointment for a oil change with this company for a set time , they won’t even take your vehicle till a hour later and then takes another 45 mins to do the oil change . It’s honestly ridiculous and defeats the purpose of an appointment!! Hope you guys get it together.

I made my appointment for 10am because I had work, if I make an appointment at 10am it is to receive care at that time, but they attended to me until 12pm, I had to wait and waste my time, also I only saw the workers eating and I waiting for more than 2 hours

They saved the day! I got a flat with my two small boys (3 & 1) and they had me in and out within an hour! Everywhere else was at least 4 hours or more! Customer service was exceptional as well! Thank you guys!
