Made an appointment on my only day off for 2. Around 430 they called me and said we cant get to your car today. What's the point of making an appointment (2 weeks in advance) if you're not going to do it. Now its too late to go anywhere else because places close at 5. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I happily said no. Will not be returning huge waste of time

Needed an alignment! We have a lifetime alignment agreement with Firestone - an exceptional value if you keep your car a long time - for us, we keep them 12-16 years, with 2 alignments a year. Great team; top-notch technical services that we greatly value, especially with the crazy costs for top-quality tires.

Another great experience at the Chesapeake Square Firestone! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness from the staff. Even though the shop was very busy, the team was super efficient and kept everything running smoothly. The work was done professionally, thoroughly, and in a very timely manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. This Firestone location has definitely earned my trust and my business over the years.

I have had several cars taken to this shop and have always been treated with respect..and effeciency..they always reminded me of any upcoming oilchanges...they check tires. Brakes...the prices are always fair...

Bob Conti and his staff at Firestone Chesapeake Square location has always taken care of my vehicles. They are honest, on-time and so pleasant to work with. I come from Yorktown to Chesapeake because I know they will take care of my vehicles fairly and honestly. Great Work!!!

It was easy and they were ready to go when I came in. They even took the time to see that I still had an alignment under warranty to make sure my new tires were set up for success. It was a painless and easy visit. I will be back again for my next set of tires and alignment.
