Been coming here for years and they have never steered me wrong. I even had them tell me what car I should get and they recommended a Rav-4 or a CR-V and I got the rav-4 and am so happy with it. At my most recent visit I had called ahead the week before and made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I show up and I’m not in the books (apparently the person who took my call was at a call center and not an actual employee there) and I was devastated as I’m a doctor and often and call even on my days off so may need my car at a moment’s notice, but Dustin didn’t even bat an eye before telling that there was no worries and they’d take care of me. My vehicle was done by the afternoon and they even were kind enough to notify me that my inspection was overdue as well. Super kind and knowledgeable people down here. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Had an amazing experience at Firestone thanks to Carl and his team! My new tires drive amazing and I felt they cared about my safety while working in the confines of my budget. The service was fast, professional, and top-notch. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location are professional, honest, and timely.
Inspection was thorough and made me feel like I could make an informed repair decision. The repair prices were very competitive.
The technician noticed my splash shield was popped out of place and zip-tied it as a courtesy.
There was an accidental overcharge that was immediately caught (not by myself, I wouldn't have known until the part went bad prematurely) and refunded within a couple of business days.
My issue required me to pull over and slowly drive to the nearest mechanic, and I struck gold with this location. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my car to Dustin for years and can’t recommend him and his team enough! Being a woman, it’s always intimidating taking your car in to get looked at, but Dustin is dependable and trustworthy! They are timely and value great customer service. You are in good hands with them!

My husband and I got a flat tire on the way to a vacation and the team at Firestone took care of us quickly and made sure we were back on the road safely in no time! Carl and the crew were awesome and so helpful. Definitely saved the day!

Those people does an excellent job replacing tires and align them correctly, I am very satisfied with all of the work they have put in, as I got new tires with alignment, I noticed my car is driving completely straight as I have my steering wheel straight as possible, totally worth the cost, and will definitely recommend Firestone!Staffs are really friendly, and knows what they are doing, you guys did an excellent job right on the spot ^_^

I am following up a previous review! Mr. Booth (manager) contacted me immediately after I sent my previous review and addressed all my concerns and fixed the issue the same day. He was very professional and attentive to my issue. He is a 10 out of 10 in today’s world of management. He cares and that’s very unusual for managers these days, they are usually about meeting numbers and getting things out the door, he is definitely the exception. I strongly advise using the location for all of your automotive needs.
