My family has been buying Honda's since Riddle Honda. I continue to be a part of the First Team Family for many years for two reasons only: Rachel McCllean in the service department and Mr. D. A. Young in the sales department. Rachel has now moved on and the service department has gone down tremendously. However, Mr. D. A. Young is still the top notch salesman that he has always been. This is my second purchase in two years of a brand new Honda. I am very pleased with our purchase.

Just purchase a new Honda civic from 1st team Honda with the help of Zariah, best car sales representative I’ve worked with she made it the easiest and fastest process, was there to help meet my needs and answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend her, met every expectation I had and was very patient with me throughout the process. She brought the best vibes and made the atmosphere very friendly.

My son went to get what was supposed to be a routine oil change turned into a stay at an air BNB. Being understaffed and under construction is no excuse for not forewarning your customers who bought a car there. This is currently unacceptable.

The team was wonderful to work with. They understood what I wanted and was patient with me when the car with the trim package i wanted was not on the lot. They took the time to call me the day 3 vehicles in the trim package arrived on the lot. I went in the next day and purchased the car. I’m vey pleased with my purchase.

Just wanted to write about my recent experience at First team. I've been a loyal customer for atleast the last 11 years but on 26 June 2024 I was extremely dissatisfied with them. I scheduled to have a service done to my car for like 2 weeks and the day of my appointment I dropped off my car only for them to inform me hours later that they never ordered the part. I missed an entire day of work just to have this service completed and ended up having to reschedule it on the weekend. So two days was wasted!! And there was no Apology offered and the did absolutely nothing to try to rectify their mistakes. This incident alone is enough for me to discontinue my relationship with them.

Was glad that dealership, Ryan Goodrich, was willing to help my boy select a car without me being there, test drive and so on knowing he was not buying but had to wait for me. That is great customer service knowing sale that day was not going to happen. I came back and son tested many vehicles from different dealerships in my absence and chose the 2024 Honda Civic Sport. Because the preplanning was already taken care of, I just needed to be passenger on test drive looking and listening. Ryan was also very knowledgeable about programming the dash INFO screen and cars cluster screen to set it up for safety. I have never owned a HONDA and this is for my son but was very pleased with them taking the time, not pressuring, had the answers and everything on the spot to finance and approve and drive away. I need to look at HONDA's better in future.
