“These people are very friendly and willing to assist. I only use them for all my floral needs now. I went in for flowers for my mother's funeral service. I told them the colors I wanted and gave them my budget. They created the most beautiful urn wreath and side pieces for her memorial service. I was most pleased with the service and the quality of the service. Was concerned because of past reviews but upon learning that these complaints were from people who ordered thru a 3rd party and not directly, understood the issues. Most folks do not realize that when they don't order directly thru a local florist that these 3rd party services keep almost 50% of what you spend and send the balance to the florist who has to make the flowers and deliver them. The florist is the one with all the expenses will the 3rd party services are just taking an order and passing it along after they take their generous cut.. I now know to only order from a live, have a local physical address and phone number florist instead of the 1st name on the internet.”
