Went with my son and stepmom and the customer service was HORRIBLE! Not to mention they charged my stepmom $200 twice after she asked them why she had to swipe again. They said it was because the email was wrong the first time so it didnt go through. Then she went in to talk to the GM about getting a refund and he charged her ANOTHER $170! I will never go here again.

Rude and just overall ghetto females working in this store! I visited this store this evening at approximately 5:30 pm with my son ! My sons intentions were to spend about $400 in this place , however because he asked this overweight red head girl to check for numerous sizes SHE got an attitude with him ! I informed her that HE WAS the one PAYING damn near $200 for these shoes so if he desired a larger sized INSTEAD of Rolling your eyes TRY to display some professionalism and give the customer what he wants . When I asked this ghetto chic named Kimora, who was the manager, she rolled her eyes and said “ look I’m on the phone ! It’s this ish like this that causes People to NOT have faith in ANYTHING black owned or run. Like this foot locker The ppl of color LACK class and professionalism, I hope this store /mall does indeed close down .

My number one place I get my grandkids shoes from they always have their size prices ok customer service great store clean when it come down to paying they do ask do you want to join their program klarna when it went through for me it was a great help ? I got to get my grands 2 pair of shoes each join what they offer it's help thank you so much ❤️

This place here has got 2 be the best shoe store in the mall. The young ladies in there really know about sneakers. They are no slouches. My wife and I were all smiles when we left. These ladies had the most patience with us even though the mall was in the process of closing!
