Had an radio/backup camera installation appointment at 10:00 on a Sunday, dude showed up, didn’t open the door. We show up at 11:00 when the store opens, person says he opened the door at ten, when really he didn’t because we left at 10:03 since NO ONE SHOWED UP. General manager didn’t help either. HOWEVER, overall the experience went well in the end and I’m super happy with my installation! The time was the only flaw, but I’m happy with how it turned out…but respectfully, I’d never come to this geek squad again.

I've been a Best Buy customer for years even before Circuit City closed down. But the customer service is nonexistent anymore. There's no value left to the loyal customer base there used to be an appreciation for buying stuff here but that's gone. I'd bought a Rexing 120 watt car charger for laptops and phones it's not working and the less than great lady at the counter told me to buy another or call the company. While the prices might be ok on some things I'm done with Best Buy if they want to be like that with customers it isn't worth my time or money anymore. Here's to buying anything anywhere else than Best Buy!

Available for Apple phone screen repair… I set an appointment.. showed up 20 minutes early.. just for them to tell me they don’t have my phone screen in stock. Seems like they didn’t really want to fix my phone. I asked the associate why would they accept my appointment if they didn’t have the screen. He says.. “apple sends everyone here”
If that’s the case why wouldn’t they have the screens in stock?

I stopped by Best Buy on Greenbrier Parkway to check out the Black Friday sales. The store was very busy but they staff were managing things quite well. They have some great deals on electronics and home appliances. The store was well stocked and they had everything displayed nicely.

I went in to check on my sad chromebook. I am a rewards member and a TotalTech plan user, so I am praying the BB Geeks can help "us." I like this location. It's busy, and the flow of people is constant. The customer service greeter made my laugh, and she pointed to the Geek repair squad area and said, "It will be fine." The service was good, but I was only able to make an appointment. They don't do walk-ins anymore due to staffing since COVID. That is understandable. The selection of products is amazing. I might even replace my OEM car stereo with one of their options, and they will install it for me, too. That's cool. I did use the restroom, and it was clean and well maintained. Very nice touch after driving all afternoon. This location is better than its rating average. I think they have improved in many areas since the bad teviews took place. Check this location out yourself. It is nice.

I bought all of my business computers at Best Buy, I called to place an order with Geek Squad since one wasn't working correctly, they gave me an appointment time but no one showed up. I called to ask what happened and they couldn't find my order and said they can't get anyone out here for another two weeks. This place is a joke!!!

I come over one Saturday morning was at the electronics was totally ignored by the person working in that area he kept helping other people and made me wait when I was there before everyone that he was helping bad customer service then I made an app. For someone to come set up some electronics in home they never showed up ...

Geek Squad is always hit or miss depending on who you talk too. Most people are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about and then there are others who have no clue what is going on and know nothing about what they are doing but talk like they do anyway. Overall Geek Squad is excellent and is strongly recommended.
