I have towing include in my insurance so I can't say anything about the price, but they were very professional and helpful, giving me tips about possible issues with my car. Turns out the problem that was guessed turned out to be correct and I was able to get my car towed home and back on the road on the same day.Service: Car towing

This company takes advantage of people when they are in an already stressful situation and are not honest about their tow fees!! If any other company tows a vehicle from an accident scene I guarantee they can provide an itemized bill. Very unprofessional to not be able to provide this just to acquire ownership of a vehicle and take advantage of a young girl!

Justin the driver was awesome! He went above and beyond to help me. Came earlier than expected and was very helpful to my situation. The lady who first answered my call was friendly and helpful also .This is the go to company.. I will use them again! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else . The attendant that assisted me with my tow called when he was enroute, arrived took the time to communicate different things with me and then notified me upon delivering my car to the dealership. That's what I call customer service.Service: Car towing

Will not call anyone but Grassfield Towing & Recovery!!! Always polite, they take care with my vehicles and my kids know if in trouble who to call!! Even with my AAA, I request they only send Grassfield T&R.. favorite towman is Justin.. always professional!!!

Absolutely fantastic service. Where to begin... here's my 1st experience: called my insurance company due to needing an emergency tow about a yr ago. They assign the worst company on the planet. 3 hrs later and no service, but being assured at hour one, that they'd be there "5 mins"..... for the next couple of hours and never showing; I called Grassfield Towing. They were there in 15 mins and were incredible. Today I was in need of another tow. I cringed as I waited for my insurance to deliver the news about the responding company... it was Grassfield Towing!! Justin arrived in about 15 mins. He was so personable, polite, professional, and funny. He took the time to diagnose the problem which actually resulted in the tow needing to be cancelled. He could have easily taken advantage oof the situation but chose to take care of us. I will bypass my insurance company and go directly through them for any future tow needs. Fantastic company. Big time thanks to making a crummy situation not one.

These guys helped us recover a stolen peice of equipment from my jobsite without any hesitation. It was stuck in some pretty deep mud but still got the job done for a very reasonable price.

Your employees need to learn not to cut other cars off in the rain and not to speed at 60mph on a 45mph road. I wouldn't trust such reckless drivers with towing my car.

Back in July, the missus and i had a wreck on 664 -- totaled our car -- Grassfield towed it to the nearest public parking lot and that was all their responsibility -- we were 30+ miles away from home, it was late afternoon and we couldn't get our car towed from there to the repair shop of our choice (also 25+ miles away) -- not only did the driver stay with us initially, offering advice, but returned after he got called away for another wreck -- by now, it was dark and we were still stuck -- with his tremendous help, we finally got the car towed but, again with his tremendous help, also got an Uber ride back to our house (we had no idea how to do this) -- we were stuck in this parking lot for 4 hrs and it would've been longer had it not been for ____ (I've forgotten his name but he's a pretty big guy, mighty friendly and getting ready to build his home on a large parcel of land)(I've waited too long -- that's all i remember)
