Poor Communication and Unprofessional Customer Service:
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience so others know what to expect.
I originally spoke with someone named Chris earlier in the week about bringing in my vehicle for a diagnostic. He told me to “drop it off Wednesday,” but no formal appointment was made — no confirmation text, no email, no name taken, and nothing written down in front of me. Because of that, I assumed they were operating on a flexible drop-off basis, which is common with many repair shops.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it Wednesday due to being sick, so I dropped my car off early Thursday morning instead. Throughout the day, I called multiple times just to check whether they would be able to look at it. Each time, I was told nothing — no update, no estimate, no clarity. I even told the front desk that if they couldn’t get to it, I would gladly come pick it up so I wasn’t taking up their space unnecessarily.
When I finally spoke with Chris, the tone and attitude I received were extremely unprofessional. Rather than simply explaining that they were too busy to look at my vehicle, he blamed me repeatedly for them not being able to work on it — even though no confirmed appointment was ever created, no system entry was made, and no communication was sent to me to establish a scheduled date.
I acknowledged my mistake in not coming Wednesday or calling ahead, but the way the situation was handled was dismissive, rude, and lacked any basic customer service. A simple “We’re booked today, we’ll try for tomorrow” would have gone a long way.
Instead, after leaving my car there all day with no updates, I received a message saying it was “ready for pickup” — even though they never inspected it.
The entire experience left me disappointed and feeling like my time and concerns weren’t valued. I understand shops get busy and that I didn’t arrive on the originally discussed day, but professionalism, communication, and courtesy should still be consistent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously, because good service is as much about communication and respect as it is about repairs.

I had a great experience with Great bridge auto service! I called and they were able to get me in the same day. They kept me up-to-date and did not proceed with anything without my permission. It was quick and easy and everyone was great to work with! Thank you to Chris, Ashley and all other team members.

I would give more stars if I could!!! I took my van here to have the AC fixed that another mechanic couldn't. Chris was amazing!! He took charge and figured out what the problem was. I dropped off my van on Tuesday and it was done by Friday. The cost was reasonable and most of all the AC WORKS!! Very happy with the service and the employees. Would definitely go here again!

Charged $500 for a car battery with installation. Battery costs $250, so they double the price for installation. I feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me because it was an emergency. My husband YouTubed how to change it and did it in 20 minutes! Let’s be better please!

Great service at an honest and fair business. Need a trustworthy mechanic? You'll find them here. Need work done at a very reasonable price? You'll find that here too. Can't speak highly enough about Chris and his team. If you aren't bringing you car to get some work done or oil changed or whatever, then you're going to the wrong place.

First time utilizing their service was replacing a motor on a Jeep Wrangler. They have been great with any task big or small since then. I strongly recommend this establishment. They get the job done at a much better price than a dealer.

This is the kind of place you show up to find out what’s really wrong with your car. Won’t charge you a dime more than necessary. They’ve come way under my cost expectation every single time.

My first time coming here. My mom's neighbor recommended this place after bringing our car to the dealership numerous times only to get ripped off. This place here was phenomenal. The appointment took a few days advance booking .no big deal. And the day of the appointment I was running late and they were very accommodating to me and still had me a estimate and had found the issue to my problem by lunchtime and by 3 pm my car was ready to be picked up. Their cost was definitely affordable. And I was super happy with them.. their service was excellent and will definitely be back here with any further issues I may have in the future. I definitely recommend this place.
