If I could give this place zero stars I would honestly. Do they care about the kids? Maybe. But infants? They need more help in that aspect. The constant rotation of teachers and the lack of communication made me take my infant out. If you want your infant to cry all day and lay on their back if their immobile, sure take your kid here. My infant didn’t get put down for a nap for EIGHT HOURS because they had “group time” so they decided to keep them awake??? Then I called to check on them and heard them bloody murder screaming?? Where was my phone call to let me know or my simple message through the app?? After I told them time and time again to contact me about these things. Notifications about my child being fed formula when they never had formula in their life or that they had drank a bottle then me pick them up to find out they didn’t even have their bottle that was documented. Or information about another child being documented on my child’s profile for me to see?? Hmmm that’s not good privacy wise.
Needless to say, if you want your infant taken care of properly and loved, don’t bring them here.

Constant rotation of new staff. They do not provide the educational services that are detailed on their website. Mad house full of kids. Constant viruses

Best school ever no joke!! Everyone goes over and beyond to help out in anyway they can for the children and my kids Miss Amanda and Miss Natalie are the best always keeps it clean in there, always smiling friendly and greets everyone, highly recommended, all the teachers are LEGIT best staff I've ever seen, best Chesapeake has to offer trust me, well continue to tell everyone that yall are the best, not enough stars to put up for all the hard work this staff and teachers put in, if your looking for a organized safe place for your child trust me this is it!!!! Thank yall always!!!!

My 2yo attends great bridge center, and the professionalism of the teachers(Ms Amanda, Ashley, India, Mara and the center director, Natalie) is unmatched. They go above and beyond for these LOs. Thank you Great Bridge Kindercare for taking good care of my little angel. ?

Both of my kids have been going here since they were two months old and they are now 4 and 2. They have had many amazing teachers over the years. Ms. Katie is like family. I shed a tear signing my 4 year old up for kindergarten knowing he will not be here full time in September.

My children have been going to Great Bridge KinderCare for the past 2 years and it has been an incredible experience. The staff is so genuine and caring! My children spend more time at KinderCare than at home some weeks due to my work schedule and the people there have become our second family. I do not have a lot of family in this area and the staff at KinderCare has truly become our "village". I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie and the teachers there, they treat every child like one of their own.

I was super hesitant about starting my kids in day care but I am SO happy with KinderCare!! My daughter is in the infant room and absolutely loves the teachers. She gets the biggest smile on her face when she sees them each morning. I absolutely love getting pictures during the day of what she’s doing there. My son goes before and after school, they even take him to and from school. And he has a blast after school hanging out and playing with his friends. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Everyone is always so friendly and they’ve been so helpful with everything.

The staff at Kinder are absolutely wonderful. They are very caring and nurturing. Natalie, Amanda, and the rest of the teachers have gone way above and beyond to ensure my three year old feels safe, welcome, and cared for. He loves going to the Great Bridge Kindercare.

These people are heroes. I was so worried that I would have to choose between my children or my education, but kindercare great bridge came to my rescue first through a scholarship from TCC. After my funds ran out I decided that my son's were worth the cost because they have grown and made positive impacts on me as a parent. The staff are attentive to my boys and the daily reports and activity pictures make my day when I'm studying for my classes. Everyone is friendly and easy to communicate with about anything. They are patient with us when I need to pick up my boys and keep the social distancing for families a priority. Thank you very much for watching my boys.
