Got snapped at by my son's stylist while I was simply trying to keep him calm since he has severe anxiety, I can see he was uncomfortable and his hands balling up over and over not to mention she was rough while combing his hair and snatched his head all around when he is clearly tender headed and nervous. This was his first professional cut since he was three because of his severe anxiety which is why I usually cut it myself, but he switched schools so I wanted a fresh cut fresh start for school. I didn't say anything and just let it slide but I was not happy with the situation. Then when I tried to explain the cut I wanted for him she snaps at me again telling me it's not possible to do that, so I just told her to do what she could. Was not entirely pleased but still tipped and paid. Will not be back again for sure.

Stylist: Nicole is always Awesome. I've taken my grandkids to her for almost 10 years. She is their favorite. She does a great cut .

I usually go here and they do a good job. Well, I just realized there is a section in the back that is longer than the rest. The lady didn't seem thrilled to cut my hair and also was very aggressive with the comb. I just wanted the ends trimmed up because I have some events at the end of the month and I wanted to trim off my split ends. Now I have to figure out when I can get my hair fixed and where.

Absolutely loved my haircut!! Went home to show my partner and we ended up going straight back to get his hair cut as well! Gabby did an absolutely AMAZING job on both of us and she was so sweet and kind and made us feel so at home. 11/10 would highly recommend!

We spoke in detail about not wanting the clippers because it would leave me with one inch of hair. All I wanted was my ends cut because in May, I "was" getting a hairstyle, which I have been growing my hair out for a little less than a year. I left this this place with about a 1/4 to 1/2 an inch of hair on my head.Where is the pride in your work?*****DO NOT*****I repeat*******DO NOT*******Go to this place if you have natural curly hair.?????
