Avoid the “fedora man”. I am 37 and this is the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for the same thing I always get (2 on the side/finger length layers on top) which every other stylist there can do. He told me “finger length is uneven” and that he could “use a 6 guard on clippers and it would look better”. I naively agreed. It looks terrible. This will take weeks to grow out and there is no way I can salvage any “style”. Check in to a new school tomorrow and have to check-in looking like trash. Avoid the fedora man at all costs. To be fair, all of the other stylists there do a good job and I am just giving a warning for one particular stylist. I have been going to that location for a few years.

Came in for a haircut and the guy that cut my hair didn’t follow directions. I explained to him that I have fine thin hair and told him exactly how I wanted my haircut. He only cut an inch off the ends and never gave me the inverted bob haircut that I asked for and had the nerve to charge me 20.00. I sat and waited for my sister to get her haircut. I observed the guy who had supposedly cut my hair and he apparently only knows how to barber. After my sister was done with her cut I told her what happened. I’m not from VA, just visiting my sister for the Thanksgiving holiday. My sister went back in and spoke to Emily the manager. My sister told me to go back in and that Emily would take care of me. Emily did a wonderful job and her customer service was top notch. Emily made this bad experience into a positive.

The other day I came in after work to get a trim since my ends were splitting. I got a stylist named Mellisa (red hair) and she was outstanding. She could see were a previous stylist had “tried” to give me layers, which I didn’t want, and cut my hair so nicely. My hair is very even now. She was so pleasant to talk to. I really enjoyed her and will be requesting her next time I go!

Every time I get my haircut, the staff is always very welcoming. Brooke usually cuts my hair and she is always very professional. The store is always very tidy. I will always recommend this location

It was great ?? and expensive but I recommend Mrs. Darlene because she did great with my haircut.
Requested style: I wanted a bangs and it turned it out to be really great, thanks Mrs. Darlene ?.

I’ve been going here for years, and ever since “Fedora man” we’ll call him, started working there, i’ve been avoiding going to this location at all. Finally gave him a chance because i was desperate for a haircut, and it’s the worst haircut i’ve ever had. Lopsided, uneven, i could go on… Avoid this place if fedora man is working… Won’t ever be going to this location ever again if he is there.
