I just bought a vehicle from this dealer. I initially went to the dealer because my father bought a car here years ago and had good service and very good luck with the car. I put in an inquiry for a sedan I saw on the website, I got to the dealer and sadly it was sold. But luckily I saw another vehicle I’ve had my eye on for a while. And it was still there! Debbie was not only awesome with guiding me through the buying process but she was very personable as well! It almost felt like we knew each other and an experience like that is worth more than money.

Buyers beware!!! Sunroof leaks paid $11k for a car that cost $8500...smh... lots of junk fees they call tracking in case of theft. I wasnt going to not leave a review but once sunroof started leaking I think folks should know to be cautious.

I recently purchased a car from Southern Liquidation Outlet and a few days later the check engine light came on. When I brought it to their attention they cleared the light and sent me on my way. When it came back on, THE SAME DAY, they scheduled service. After service, they refused to provide me with a copy of what had been done to the car for my records. The check engine light came on again a few days later and flagged the same codes as before. I brought it back to them and they cleared the codes again and told me I would need to take it to a Ford dealership. When I called to speak to the general manager, they hung up on me. I have put less than 500 miles on the car. After they have cleared the codes multiple times, it is very obvious that is what happened before they sold the car. Even though the car was purchased as-is, it's very bad business to sell a car and try to hide an existing issue. They have been very difficult to work with and I would NOT recommend purchasing from them. I plan to file a claim with the BBB. Others should know what to expect when working with them.

The reason I give it one stars because you can't give it 0. My wife went and bought a car there and it ended up being the worst car ever. We had to put control arms on it and axle and so much more.. We found out through another dealership that what they did to us was illegal because they sold us a car that could not pass inspection even though there was a good inspection sticker on it.. We call them back And pretty much had to threaten them with the police and our lawyer for them to do anything but this has been over a week ago and they still have our vehicle and told us we have to wait a Is few more days before receiving a check for a full refund. They had a tow truck come pick it up from our house and one of the managers there eventually drove it himself and admitted that he didn't think the car would get him back to the dealership. They told us that there is only someone there on Mondays and Wednesdays who could sign checks and what not however are making us wait still until Thursday to get the check. They took our money with no problem and quick fast and in a hurry but are making us wait to get our money back. Run as far away from this place as you can....

I wish car buying was a little more simpler. Such as, able to get an answer as soon as you submit an application for financing. A lot is virtual now I think carvana and virtual car buying sites are gonna be the way to go.

You have to be thorough buying used cars. They will let you take to a trusted mechanic of your choice which I recommend doing. If you don’t impuslivley buy this dealership does offer some good vehicles and fair prices. I’ve bought 4 cars from them in the last 15 years and 2 currently own bought same time. No major issues. You can get a lemon buying new so just be more protective over your investment. Overall I’ve recommended this dealership to several people. Cars are fair and pretty nice and service is average to a little better than average. No real complaints.

Worst car buying experience ever. This entire southern auto group company has major communication issues. They WILL NOT call when they say they will call and then when I call no one has answers for me. I've had my car 6-8 weeks now and have had nothing but issues. The car has broken down on me twice and they refuse to admit they sold me a lemon. I would never wish anything I have been through with this company upon my worst enemy. The ONLY person that was helpful was Joanie Brew who doesn't even work at any of the locations I've been dealing with and unfortunately she is in the service department when what I really need is a manager who is actually going to give me a solution to these issues I've been having. I would never recommend this company for buying a car. Edit: Joe DaVersa helped fix all the issues I have been through with this company. I still would not recommend this company but if you end up buying from them anyway, only deal with him. He was very good at what he does and I didn't have to go through multiple people to get things done he was the only one I dealt with to resolve the issues.

So i was car shopping and came across a nice van here and they let me test drive it and everything. i fell in love with it. Then he (tha manager lets me know some one else got approved for it first. So then he tells me he can get me something like tha same van. So he did. And called me up telling me about this van, sent pictures and everything. So i got over and once again i fell in live with it. Tv's and everything for my kids.signed tha paper work. Well this month Aug 2017 will be a year that i have had this van and i have had nothing but problems and they don't wanna help me fix nothing. My tvs stoped working two weeks after having it, there was food and nasty stuff in tha back all under my seats, so that tells you they just threw me in some junk, my a.c doesn't work i needed new breaks a month after, my doors on tha side stoped opening i got wires hanging out, ( mechanics telling me its a fire hazard, Windows in tha back don't go down and more... i call and leave messages every month and that manager Joe never calls me back! Its aggravating knowing their are people out to get people. I'm a single mom with 3 kids and now I'mí¶ stuck fixing this van and still owe after only having this for a yearg
