I have sung the praises of Harbor Freight until this month because of this specific store. After I thanked an employee for his help, he told me "Your welcome. Next time you should be more considerate." After asking him what he said we ended up in a conversation with escalated voices. That brought manager to aisle. She jumped in without knowing any facts to defend the employee. When I told her of the smart comments she said "Oh, I didn't know he said that." I complained via Harbor Freights' website. I got standard reply. I went by the store a week later and employee and manager are still there. I will not go back. I don't know how employees get away with treating a person rudely after they thank the employee for the employee's help.

Good prices and lots of items in stock. The store is clean and neatly organized. The sales team are always willing to assist customers find items.

Well stocked store with a large variety of tools. Staff at the checkouts were courteous and helpful. Wish there were more staff available to answer questions.

I see some people have mentioned customer service as a problem. I have shopped here for a few years and never had a problem. It is a hardware store the limited staff at the store stays extremely busy but they will definitely help you when you ask for it. If you know what you need and ask them they will show you where it is and answer any questions. If you are not sure what you want or what tool you need, there is not much they can do for you. Do your research and know what you want before you go.
