New to Virginia Beach and I just discovered Harris Teeter. I love love love this store and this specific location in general…a large part is because my girl Jordan, she’s a little ball of energy and I love it. She’s very friendly and a joy to see when I’m there because we always have a quick chat that makes my day better! Jordan..keeping being you girlie!

I can't say anything bad about the place. Clean, decent. The fruit and vegetable people are top notch. Early morning hours want to force you to self checkout, resist it and it will flee from you and a register will open. Overall a good store, people there work hard

This is the most friendly and polite staff I have interacted with. The HT at Greenbriar on the other hand was cold shouldered and made me feel unwelcome, with the exception of ONE out of all the others. With Orchard Square, I enjoy the friendly smiles and genuine helpfulness. Two cashiers especially come in mind for their friendliness and professionalism, Miss Cheryl ,who I often see at self checkout, asks how I am and is always a well wisher. You will not regret coming here.

A few months ago I stopped shopping online with Harris Teeter because 30 percent of the items I wanted said "In Store Only". What the heck kind of sense does that make? I am ordering online for a reason and you tell me I can't get what I want unless I stop in the store? Ridiculous. Today I tried their website again and this time only one item said "In Store Only". I placed my order and later was notified one item wasn't available and I did not select their suggested replacement. That's fine but when I picked up the order and started to put everything away, TWO other items were not included (one being milk which is easily substituted) and Harris Teeter did not notify me that either item was not available. I am done with shopping online at HT. I will go back to Walmart where things are available and the customer service is better.

Sharon took just about 25 minutes to make 3 sandwhiches at the deli. She has been an associate since 2021. Do you train your people?

Used to be go to store...prices have really gone up even relative to inflation that everywhere is facing . Surveillance cameras on self checkout with dude coming over watching video of me scanning with implication I'm stealing was pretty crazy. I think the store manager has changed a couple times and current version of this store has gone downhill
