Professionalism by Desmond! He was doing his very best to take care of myself, the others that walked in and training another team member on his 1st day! My opinion is that he could use some experienced help and with that comes better training for the young man on his 1st day!

It tells me a lot that most of these Reviews are 1⭐️ and many have the save complaints. Why in the world are there Reviews over at least a year old and nothing has gotten any better? The answers sound good but if Hertz really gave a crap about their customers you would see happy customer reviews. Unfortunately our extended warranty company deals with them and I hadn’t read any Reviews prior to using them. They had one girl doing everything, my husband nor I could understand her and had to ask her to repeat herself several times. While she was on the computer she put her head down on the desk as if she was taking a nap. It seemed like she would’ve rather been anywhere but there. She would disappear in the back but there was an employee (?) sitting with customers informing ones that walked in she would help them shortly. I’m still dealing with this location because they will not answer their phone. You’re prompted to push buttons but the reason for my call did not get me to a live person. This place is horrible. I will be calling our extended warranty company tomorrow and suggesting they change from Hertz or give us a choice of a car rental business. I’ve never seen so many 1⭐️ reviews for any company until now. Be proud.

I recently posted an excellent review for Hertz. I'm still loyal to Hertz however, the treatment I received at the Parkview location has me questioning that. They barely answer the phones (you have to let it ring for two plus minutes), the service leaves a lot to be desired, and they never seem to have the size vehicle you'd prefer. Come on, Parkview. Step it up! Represent the organization you work for with dignity, respect for your customers, and please mop the floors and repaint. Its dreary in there. Maybe that is affecting your attitudes and performance!

This location canceled my reservation without any explanation or warning after their supposed closed time the daybefore pick up. I went to the location to get an explanation and met the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my life. Avoid this location at all cost

Let me start with saying that everyone was nice.
I rented an SUV. I called yesterday to confirm there would be a vehicle available and I was assured there would. I asked if I should go to the airport instead, the person on the phone assured me the vehicle would be there.
SHOCKER... no SUV was available. Do not waste your time, unless you want a sedan.

Desmond Denny the Manager trainee was professional. 👍🏾 The location is very close to me. 👍🏾 The place was clean. 👍🏾 I was in and out. 👍🏾He showed me the vehicle.👍🏾One satisfied customer so far. 👍🏾 We'll see when I return it. 😉 😜

I would not recommend this place! I had a reservation and when I went to pick up the car I was told they didn’t have any cars and I was called . Which I absolutely did not receive. I highly suggest you all don’t waste peoples time by making reservations you don’t have . If I could leave a 0 review I would .

I reserved a full size car 2 hours in advance via the Hertz app. I took a $35 Uber to get there, only to be told they don't have a full size car. Said they could put me on an SUV but it wouldn't be at the same price. I said no. They then wouldn't cancel the reservation and made me call customer service. I have Presedential status with Hertz. I asked them to waive the upgrade fee since they can't fulfill the reservation and they refused. Luckily, I went next door to Enterprise and they got me in a full size vehicle cheaper than my price at Hertz. Save yourself the trouble and go with Enterprise. I'm changing my loyalty because of this experience.

I would like to share an unfortunate experience regarding our recent vehicle rental. My family and I reserved an 5-passenger vehicle several weeks in advance. However, upon our arrival, we were met with several explanations as to why the reserved vehicle was not available. Unfortunately, this delay resulted in us not reaching Highway 95 until three hours later. I believe this experience highlights a significant issue in the reservation fulfillment process. Thank you for considering this feedback.

They had no availability when I arrived after getting an I er to the address.
Proceeded to essentially be told good luck and that was the end of their customer service other than giving me the phone numbers to other Hertz in the area.

First, the vehicle is infested with ants—they’ve been crawling out of the air vents, and are all over the interior. This makes it unsafe and unsanitary to drive, especially for anyone with allergies or children.
Secondly, the interior was very dirty—the seats, steering wheel, armrest and floor were visibly dirty and unclean, dirt and hair in the gear shift and doors. It's as if it had not been properly inspected or cleaned after the previous rental.
Lastly, the vehicle is struggling to drive. It revs very high but won’t reach proper RPMs and drives very sluggishly. This could point to a mechanical fault, and it’s a safety concern for me and others on the road.

Waited in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours in the long line for one person to help. Booked reservation for SUV but was told none were available and that they were giving me a sedan. Ask if the price would reflect that and she told me no that I would have to cancel that reservation and make a new one. Please rent somewhere else.
