These guys really take care of their customers and were extremely honest! Very quick to look at and fix a small issue for us. Worked around my schedule and got the car back to me much quicker than expected. They certainly earned a new customer!

Been there several times with several cars; and so far so great!
Took our old Jag there, along with our Highlander and Rav4 with usual services and new tires. Prices decent and nothing done you don't need. Highly recommend this local shop. Glad to have found them; wish I found them sooner.

Got my wheels aligned a couple months back in June while still finishing up my project truck, started driving my truck in august and I was rotating my wheels for the first time with the brand new set of wheels I got, that was the first glimpse of what I got I noticed before taking the wheel off I only had 7 out of the 8 lugs on, I’m thankful no one got hurt but either way my wheels got over tightened or cross threaded, now I’m looking into new lug nuts for my truck, possibly wheel hubs as well and idk what to do with my rims the insides as you can see in the video got damaged from this mistake, I haven’t looked at any of my other wheels yet out of frustration, but just this one rim is worth 800$ not including the lugs, or the wheel hub possibly. I’m really frustrated to know this was allowed to leave there shop and go untold, this damage could have been avoided.

Called in for a state inspection and A/C recharge. Was able to squeeze me in next day and pricing on service is reasonable.

Hands down the best service in Tidewater. Joe Rhodes has maintained my car as well as my wife and my kids cars for over 20 years. There's no one else that I would trust to keep our cars safe and running. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
