Almost empty mall with a lot of empty stores. one of the worst mall I've visited, looks like a ghost town

ALL TIME WATCHES ASLAM KHAM MANAGER) Don't purchase any jewelry from this location across from the food court. I purchased a watch with them and the turn know wouldn't turn so l took the watch back to get tightening up. I barely wear the watch because l feel it might tarnish..l might have worn it maybe 3 times since l purchased it. So l noticed the know had fell completely off so l went back to get it fixed or exchanged. Aslam refused to fix it nor offer an exchanged. I didn't want any money just wanted my watch fixed. If you buy a jewelry at least offer to fix or exchanged in a reasonable length of time. The watch still new..l normally buy my jewelry from Chris by design he would never treat his customers this way. I will continue to go back to Chris by design in Greenbrier Mall..Don't buy from ALL TIME WATCHES its cheap and not worth it. He will not fix anything that breaks. Bad customer service..again that's ALL TIME WATCHES IN GREENBRIER MALL IN ATLANTA GA..ACROSS FROM THE FOOD COURT ..FIRST WATCH STAND WHEN YOU WALK IN. IF ASLAM CANT FIX MY WATCH OR ANYBODY JEWELRY WE DONT NEED TO SHOP THERE AND SPEND OUR MONEY..SHOP AT CHRIS BY DESIGN ONLY..CHRIS WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT

I went the cinema cafe to watch a movie. The movie ended at 11pm. I don't know who was working their the night of 22-Dec-23 but a man riding a floor cleaner who works for the mall forced me to exit on the opposite section of where I was parked. I am 9 months pregnant and had to walk outside in the dark UP HILL!!!! Then I saw other people exiting through the same exit I needed to take to be closer to my car. Whoever the mall hires to clean the floor at night needs to get reprimanded.

Such a huge selection and there's always some sort of sale going on. Chip helped me shop and was so helpful and funny!

Tried to return an item, which was priced incorrectly on my end, noticed another item that was on clearance when I purchased it was marked as full price on my receipt. Advised the manager of this and he tried to go back and forth with me about an error on their system. He tried to insist that I wasn’t being truthful because I threw the clearance ticket away. I told him to check the video footage, which was not done until about 15 minutes later. He then realized that I was not lying about a clearance item. Horrible customer service and will not be returning.

I was reluctant to buy a suit here anyway, but when I did, they would not let me keep it on the hanger and do not have garment bags, they just roll it up and put it in a shopping bag. Last time I shop at H&M.
