IF YOU ARE PURCHASING APPLIANCES FOR YOUR HOME AND NEED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION PLEASE BE AWARE. If you or someone you know can install he appliances great! But it you pay for “home depot installation” DONT DO IT. The contract with a local crew and these crew are very inexperienced young men. I have contacted and submitted a claim. This is the second delivery and both times the crew were inexperienced and did not know how to properly install appliances and cause damage to the property. 1st time the crew blew out my dryer receptacle and cause a catastrophic short circuit damage to my breaker. I had to have an electrician come out and fix the damages. The second time around the crew was also inexperienced and installed my washer incorrectly and flooded my laundry room/bathroom/and living room I had to call SERVPRO to come out and remediate the water damage on my property. This is extremely frustrating to give the crew 2 chances and they’ve managed to damage my property not once but twice.

As it is advertised, you can buy tools lumber etc. that you want. I purchased wood panel and asked them to cut as per my requirements in the store free of cost.

Don't ever buy plant bulbs at Home Depot!!
If they don't grow, you have to dig up all the ungrown bulbs for a return even with a receipt. Thus, having to dig up all the other growing plants & flowers around them.
Potentially killing & destroying all your plants & your hard work on your garden.

This store always has what I am looking for even when I’m not looking for it. The staff always check and make sure you can find what you are searching for. Such a courteous staff. Store organized and appears pretty clean. I will always come back.

Blatant disrespect for the military on Father's day, just wow! Went in to pick up a bucket and use the military discount that I have on file and Donny kept telling me I had to register online which I have already done and when explaining we have a pro account as well and that we always need an override to the military discount which it shows under the same phone number. He kept insisting we were wrong until I pointed out how their register system works. Then said well if I had known that I would've just given you the discount. Legit I showed my military ID and he could've cared less instead of just doing the 50 cent discount. The amount of disrespect in this boys demeanor makes for a bad representation of Home Depot. We will be going back to Lowes who knows how to treat our nation's Veterans.

I went in today looking for a faucet and there were none on the shelf. Luckily I asked Tracy for some help. She found it on a cart as it just came in! What a wonderful,caring,helpful,amazing Employee! Tracy was the best! If I ever need anything I will definitely look for her! Thank you for a great experience!

Staff is always rude here. I came to buy paint although I was recommended to go to sherwin-williams. But I tried to be loyal to Home Depot and think their products are comparable. Waited at the Paint Center for 10 minutes and all the stuff was walking by me and saw me there and I even called customer service, nobody came. I continue to ask for help with no assistance. So I ended up going next door to sherwin-williams. I would recommend not coming here for paint or if you expect to need any kind of customer service.

Customer service stinks, made an order on Monday 5-20-24 called 3 days later to find out what is going on, I placed the order in the store. Every time I called they would answer and hang right up. This was 3 times.
