Christy in the blinds section didn't acknowledge me as a customer at all waiting almost 30 minutes.... Customer service.... Gentleman took a call while I'm sitting here waiting for assistance. Are there lack of workers ...he's on the phone sitting here and im looking at him. Wow where did customer service go wrong....... Now he's left the desk to go check on something I'm still sitting here he hasn't acknowledged short staffed or anything.....wow ! And the Manager he looked like oh well.....You may want to let your workers know there's a word call acknowledge someone ?

Terrible customer service, waited by return counter while some employees just hung out and after getting our credit, we went to purchased a new hot water heater and no store associate (young) seemed to want to help us load it into our truck and the employee was standing right by the loading area said they had to go load something somewhere else , but they were right there , this is the last time we shop here. Would have given 0 stars!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Got a really good deal on floor model washer and dryer but beware the clearance flyers put on them as to the item may not be eligible for the additional 20% off. Mine wasn't I was told but they still took it off after the MGR was called.
