I have only ever had good experiences at this store. Tonight I called to inquire about an exclusive item. The employee picked up quickly and told me exactly what I needed to know with additional helpful information. 15 minutes later I was in the store and they helped me take the item off of the shelf. The transaction was smooth and the customer service was excellent! Thank you for making my night, Kae! Keep at it :)

Visited yesterday....not busy, 2 associates in the store, and I wasn't greeted when I walked in or while shopping. Associates were huddled at the register talking. I left after 5 minutes. I can go to another location to purchase my items.
