  Do not use this store. Terrible customer service. Had my daughter’s ears pierced, one became infected and we had to take the ear ring out. They refused to re pierce the ear and wanted us to repay the entire cost for both ears to correct one.

  A lady accused me and my friend of stealing and said she was “doing her job” but didn’t help any body else. she instead kept watching us. I have 15 piercings and couldn’t find any i like. She was rude, Told me to empty my pockets (when i took nothing) and didn’t even apologize. Horrible. Rack Room Shoes Is just as bad too.

  The customer service in this store is horrible! The employees (two girls in the counter) were busy talking to each other. Dint bother to welcome in, Acted as if I dint exist! I spent a good 15 minutes in the store.. The entire time of my presence they were talking amongst themselves The store had great collections, but due to the way I was treated I didn't bother shopping there! It was a worst feeling for any customer to be treated that way!

  When I first walked in the attendant was NOT there. If I was dishonest I could have easily stolen $$$ of merchandise since she never showed for the ten minutes I was in her shop! When I came back she was sitting and playing on her phone. She also couldn't offer to me another place to find what I was looking for. I don't recommend.

  Icing is my absolute favorite store to get accessories from! They have anything from casual accessories to full on tiaras! They also have a great bridal section where you can find a ton of gifts/bridal accessories. They offer hats, cardigans, phone cases, and bags as well. They have great sales about every other month where all jewelry priced $6.50 or higher is dropped down to only $5 and everything below that is $3!! It is such a great deal since necklaces can be a bit on the pricey side.
