U-Pack was 100's of dollars less than all the competitors I quoted, and the service was even better than expected. I had to adjust dropoff dates twice with no issues, and the whole process went smoothly without any problems. All the drivers and customer service people were great.

we waited 5 weeks for our couch to be delivered but it was worth it. sergio and his driver were nice and very helpful. we lived in the 3rd floor and the elevator was too small for the couch so they had to take the stairs. furniture was setup nice with no problem or any damages. thank you!
